The front desk staff was very friendly and her kind demeanor was welcoming.

Our bed linens and room smelled dirty as either a dog or dirty people. The sheets and duvet had a slept in appearance and the odor was very strong.

Pros:

The most important part, everything was super clean! Everyone was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Super quiet. Love the types of seating in the lobby/breakfast area and the fireplace.

Pros:

the staff was so very friendly and helpful. The cookies were fantastic. And the pool area was nice as well.

The room was great except for the bed, it was very hard I ended up sleeping in the chair both nights.

I had to cancel due to a stressful experience with the above mentioned employee.
Cons:

Woman named “Missy” at the front desk was very disrespectful upon attempted check-in. I decided to cancel my reservation because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there.
