Excellent location
Pros:

The location was excellent as to where we were going.

Cons:

The fact that we had to pay twice. Amount was deducted the day before, and then you paid again when booking in. Money was only released once you booked out. Do not understand the concept.

Very Clean Hotel, Generous Breakfast 🥞
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very generous breakfast with lots of options, the room had adequate space and was very clean.

Cons:

The lift: Had to keep using my key card to move up and down the floors.

Tolle Lage für einen Städtetrip aber renovierungsbedürftig

Tolle Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Aber trotzdem Ruhig. Perfekt für einen London Trip.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte seine besten Jahre schon hinter sich gebracht. Dauerhafter Grassgeruch im Flur.

Pratique à proximité des transport mais pas à la hauteur des notes

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable et le personnel du matin très aimable .
Très pratique à proximité du train

Cons:

La literie était horrible . Sans compter la troisième personne qui dort sur un convertible aussi dur qu’une planche fait de plusieurs coussins qui ne tiennent pas serrés entre eux.Je précise que nous dormons un peu partout et n’avons pas une exigence particulière . Dommage cela a gâché une partie du séjour dans l’établissement et ce n’était pas à la hauteur du reste . Quand a l’amabilité lors de l’enregistrement ……

Pros:

A reggeli változatos volt és bőséges.
Az alkalmazottak mindent megtettek a problémák enyhítésére.

Cons:

Az első szobában nem záródott az ablak, emiatt nagyon hideg volt. Hosszas egyeztetést követően kaptunk egy másik szobát, ami mozgássérülteknek lett kialakítva és messze nem volt komfortos számunkra. Emellett itt a szoba ajtajánál volt záródási probléma. Több mm-es rés volt, ahol bejött a fény a folyosóról.
A reggelihez csak első nap volt zabtej is, egyébként kizárólag szója tej volt alternatívaként.
Egyszer próbáltuk az éttermet, a curry ehetetlenül csípős volt a rizs pedig sótlan. Borzasztó volt.
Utolsó nap hajnalban indultunk, emiatt kértük csomagoljanak reggelit. Az előző napi szikkadt péksüteményeket kaptuk pár rohadt mandarinnal.

Just an incredible 2 weeks
Pros:

The property is in the prefect location I must say right behind the station can’t get any better, the staff OMG I LOVE THEM ALL from all receptionist to everyone in house keeping, and I mean every staff member in this hotel are just the best, very attentive, very welcoming and warming. I can not wait to stay there again this time
