Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the room cleanliness needs improvement.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also convenient.

Cons:

The room floor was not cleaned properly. Our daughter is very young and has just started walking, so she spent a lot of time on the floor. We kept finding lots of hair of different colours on her hands, which was very disappointing. Everything else was okay.

We had a fabulous time again at this A1 hotel.

Comfortable stay - will come back again!
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. I´m sorry I can´t remember all the names but Vikas and Manoj stood out in my memory.
The breakfast was excellent.

Good stay.
Pros:

Great location as very close to East Croydon station and a large car park opposite for drivers. Good for central London too. Great room. Breakfast ok.

Cons:

Disappointed no bottles of water in room especially in this current heatwave. Should supply water in rooms. Most hotels do now.

Was good for what we needed.
Pros:

Hotel was booked as it was hot and we wanted air con. Breakfast was lovely as always.

Cons:

The lifts broke a few times when we were there and we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with luggage.
