Denial of Entry who came to NOVOTEL by Auto

I came by auto today..Security not allowed to inside the hotel.today i have to attend engagement programme at 7th floor scheduled by 7:30 am
Every guest cannot supposed to come by CAR
If no one comes to this programme with car then what about the programme ?
