Phenomenal stay in service
Pros:

This was an extended stay at Novotel where I usually stay and I received phenomenal service from people, I am well acquainted with and along the way I made new friends who made me feel at home. I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart, the following colleagues at Novotel, Satya from FB, Rama Raju, Adi, Suresh, Suman, Deepak! A big shout out to the special ladies Gowthami, Mersey, Kavya who are extremely attentive to your needs consistently above all thank you to Umesh the FNB manager!!!

Literally nothing is nice

Cons:

As per the cost you charge its not worth to stay. Everything overpriced. Even 3 star is giving all nice things compared to you. Only location is okayish but rest is worst in novotel. I dont personally like ambience as well . Its too normal for the amount you ppl charged . Way too normal
