The location was close to the train station and on a quiet street.
The room is on the small side but perfect for a single person.
Great location. Is near quite a few restaurants as well as the Hamatsucho Station which is serviced by the Yamanote Line which you'll probably be using most if you stay here. The room was small but big enough for a single person. The used the bath a number of times and it was perfect. You can get bath salts from the amenities bar at the lobby as well as a number of other things such as razors and shaving cream which was welcomed.
This is a no fuss business hotel so set your expectations when booking.
The bed was much too firm for my liking. I like a softer bed.
The plumbing must be quite old but multiple times a day I could hear it making a loud vibrating noise due to pressure building up in the pipes. Turning on the tap solved it instantly but it woke me up once or twice.

The location is really good. I appreciated how much room there was in the bathroom to keep my toiletries. My mistake was booking a smokers room, however they provide you with this spray which neutralizes all smells and literally worked like magic!

Location, good facilities, heated toilet seats, laundry room, staff very helpful.
Room was far too small. No where to put clothes. Had to live out of suitcase. Nowhere to put suitcases.
Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Could not walk round the bed. With two adults and two large suitcases- it was like playing Tetris!
