Lovely time at the beach.

A wonderful stay! I look forward to coming back!
Pros:

The staff work hard and are friendly. They even decorated my room when they heard it was my birthday which was a wonderful touch.
The rooms were basic but had essentials, they were spotless after every clean.
The location is fantastic, not only do you have an incredible beach at the hotel but you are also only 10 mins walk to the restaurants and stores. They also hang up hammocks on the beach and by the bar.
The pool was clean, small in size but not a problem as it was not busy when we were there and it’s a small hotel. Either way, the beach is so incredible that you would want to spend most of your time there.
Breakfast includes a plate of fruit, toast and jam, your choice of eggs and tea/coffee/juice which I felt was enough and adequate. The highlight for me was the fresh fruit and banana jam!
They offer to book private transfer from the airport which includes bus from the airport, ferry transfer and a golf cart on the island to take you to the hotel. This was very well organised and hassle free! Top tip: this was quite pricey and we found it for almost half the price on our return when we booked through a tour vendor at Holbox, there are plenty of them on the beach and even some cheaper options online. Be aware that the last ferry to the island is 9:30pm so time your flights/travel wisely!

Cons:

Overall, the whole experience was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is that I was under the impression that the beach was private and the sunbeds could be used at no additional cost. However, anyone can access the beach and if you would like to use the sunbeds it is with a minimum spend of 300 pesos per person on food and drink. I believe most hotels on the island do the same sort of thing where they charge 300-500 pesos pp to use the beach sunbeds. The food and drink were very good though and reasonably priced so you could get a fair amount for your money. The sunbeds by the pool are free to use by hotel clients which is about 50 metres from the beach.
Bring lots of cash to the island, lots of places might not take card and if they do then it’s with a 5% surcharge. ATMs will also charge a large fee to withdraw. The private shuttle transfer wanted payment only in cash but the beach bar took card with no surcharge.

J'ai meme eu la chance d'un upgrade pour une chambre lit king avec immense salle de bain et grand balcon avec hamac! Literie, lit et oreiller parfaits. Tres bons plats + drinks (prix ds les normes du village), petit déjeuner simple et copieux. Set up parfait et tranquille.

tout était splendide , les chambres , la plage tout y était ,le personnel est aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est compris et copieux , a l'extérieur de l'hôtel le soir les restaurants sont animées , il y a des marchand de souvenir partout dans les rues, les gens sont sympathiques, on a passé un bon séjour mais trop court !!
je recommande cet hôtel
et surtout d'aller a Holbox une ile paradisiaque avec des petites iles tout a coté

The hotel can be great but in the next year it is disappointing

The beach and the garden of the hotel are great

Cons:

In the hotel next by there are constructions and due to the loud noise you can not use the great facilities of the hotel, no one informed us and we had to go every day to a different locations.
On to of that We left a pool towel on the sun bed of the hotel, came back after 2 hours it was not there and we were asked to pay for a new one.

Cobran por ocupar los camastros "Frente a la playa"

En general el hotel esta bien

Cons:

El hotel en su nombre dice frente a la playa, sin embargo para ocupar los camastros que estan frente a la playa cobran un consumo de 300 pesos por persona, si no quieres pagar pues puedes ocupar los camastros que estan super alejados de playa, considero que deberian cambiar su nombre y que no diga frente a la playa.

Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige locatie.
Pros:

Wat een heerlijk hotel op een perfecte locatie. Vanaf het moment van aankomst hing er een ontspannen en sfeervolle sfeer. De kamer was prima ingericht, zeer verzorgd en had een fantastisch uitzicht waar we iedere dag opnieuw van genoten. Extra fijn vonden wij dat er geen televisie aanwezig was. De airco werkte zeer stil en daardoor konden we lekker slapen.

Ook het strand en de tuin was absoluut een groot pluspunt: schoon, rustig en ideaal om heerlijk te ontspannen. Zelfs op drukkere momenten bleef de sfeer aangenaam en ontspannen. Het hotel straalt overal zorg en aandacht uit; alles werd zichtbaar goed onderhouden en was keurig netjes verzorgd. De twee aanwezige katjes waakten goed over ons. ‘s Nachts kwamen we ook wel eens paar wasberen tegen maar deze waren gelukkig erg schuw.

Wat dit verblijf echter echt bijzonder maakte, was het personeel, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Dankzij de warme service en de prachtige locatie hebben wij enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Een plek waar we met veel plezier aan terugdenken en die we absoluut zouden aanbevelen.

Cons:

Als klein verbeterpuntje vonden wij dat het standaardontbijt wat meer variatie had mogen bieden. Daarnaast sloot de schuifdeur niet volledig luchtdicht af, waardoor er af en toe waarschijnlijk enkele insecten de kamer binnenkwamen. Dit deed verder weinig af aan ons verblijf, maar zijn wel punten die mogelijk nog verbeterd kunnen worden.
