Wonderful Waterfront in Great Location
Pros:

Beautiful waterfront accommodations in perfect location. Room is very large, two comfortable double beds, sparkling clean, & I had an awesome view of the beach. Hot water with good pressure. Staff very helpful. Restaurant/Bar on site with good food. Breakfast included is adequate, with a la carte items available. Fish tacos for lunch were yummy! Plenty of lounges with palapas & nice pool area with a few hammocks. Staff extremely helpful. I will definitely stay again!! Good for families, couples, or solo. Sargassum was a problem island wide but weather related.

Cons:

Restaurant area needs to be screened in. Breakfast was accompanied by LOTS of bees. As I am extremely allergic to bee stings, staff brought my breakfast to my room, which I appreciated. The bees aren't a problem except in that area.

Pros:

Beautiful, relaxing, not crowded, lots of lounge space, minutes from downtown and tons of restaurants in all price ranges.

Pros:

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec terrasse vue mer. Il n y en a que 2 mais en fait une la 10 . La 4 qui nous avait été attribuée ne permet de voir qu un bout de mer . Suite à notre mécontentement on nous a attribué une chambre familiale front de mer pour le même tarif.
Chambre confortable, lieu magnifique même si la présence de sargasses gâche la plage.
Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Manque de pression dans la douche et pas d eau chaude ou très peu.
La couleur de l eau ne correspond pas à celle des photos en raison de sargasses importantes.

Pros:

The location is great, a 5 minute walk from anything in town that you need, but still far enough away to be quiet at night. The beach is not crowded. There is a morning bootcamp on the beach near the hotel if you want to work out, and the first session is included with your stay. The hotel itself is small, beautifully kept up, quiet, and there is a great area to sit and sunbathe, either right on the beach or a little set back from it. The water in the shower gets very hot.

Demolishing and very loud construction next door. Very strange breakfast policy. Were only allowed coffee if you were sitting having breakfast. Could not get coffee and take to room.

Coût de l’hébergement supplémentaire de 25 € en espèces que nous avons payé en plus du prix reglé via booking. Peu d’explications et refus de nous délivrer une facture.

La localisation parfaite, proche du centre mais pas en plein dedans non plus donc un peu de calme

Pros:

Die Lage und die entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Anlage und besonders der Garten sind sehr schön gepflegt. Das Personal ist angenehm freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich enttäuschend. Verbrannter Toast und winzige Portionen Marmelade und Butter.

Calme et dépaysement total sous des couchers de soleils magnifiques
Pros:

L’emplacement avec une très belle plage et un coucher de soleil. La végétation des allées. Le super bungalow, en plus on était au rez de chaussée vue mer. La gentillesse du personnel. Les plats du restaurant mais pas assez ce choix par contre. Les super cocktails. Le calme après l’agitation de Playa Del Carmen. Bon emplacement à côté du centre ville.

Cons:

Pas assez de choix au restaurant. Le bungalow un tout petit peu trop petit mais il était superbe. Piscine un peu trop petite

Hotel good to sleep. Horrible beach experience
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The staff was really good.

Cons:

The beach was filthy. The water looked black, goey, and stunk like sewage water. We couldn't even get near it. From speaking to other people, it looked like it was from sargasum they never cleaned up and left to rot.
Also, as a hotel guest. you are not able to use beach chairs at the beach without paying the fee the non-guest pay (consuming at the restaurant/bar). You can only use the chairs from the inside in the hotel.
Every day, we had to pay taxis and access fees in beaches from other hotels to be able to enjoy our trip.

Great location in Holbox
Pros:

It was in a great location, close to the beachfront and a short walk to the main shops and restaurants

Cons:

It was beachfront but you couldn’t actually use the loungers and facilities on the beachfront without paying for a pass to their beach club, if I’d known this I might have booked somewhere else. The breakfast was also good but there was no selection so after 4 days of the same thing we decided to eat out, getting the breakfast wasn’t really worth it
