Pros:

El acceso a la playa. La tranquilidad a pesar de la cercanía al centro.

Cons:

Que la habitación era con vista al mar. Pero teniendo otras habitaciones delante, la vista al mar era poca.

Lovely stay,enjoyed the calm time there.
Pros:

Very good location - you can walk everywhere from there. Nice garden with the quite big beach. Love it that is was quite private not noisy. You can really relax there.

Cons:

The breakfast option could be improved. Staying for a longer period you get bored of the same food.
Room interior could be a bit updated.

Keine Erholung neben Baustelle mit Abrissarbeiten

Sauberes Zimmer und bequeme Betten

Cons:

Direkt nebenan war eine große Baustelle mit Abrissarbeiten von 7 bis 20 Uhr. Die Lärmbelästigung war enorm! Personal leider desinteressiert und nicht hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr schlecht… Kaffee schmeckt grässlich, Obstteller mit sage und schreibe drei Stückchen Obst, einzig das Omelette war gut. Für unser fast zweijähriges Kind gab es nichts, es solle bei uns mitessen, was bei den kleinen Portionen ein Witz ist. Frühstück gibt es auch erst ab 8 Uhr, das ist mit Kleinkind viel zu spät.

Trotz guter Lage und schönem Zimmer für uns also leider ein totaler Reinfall für den hohen Preis.

Hotel Puerto Holbox Beach was very pleasant place to stay. The ocean was a few steps away and we enjoyed the layout of the place. We enjoyed the restaurant and a very nice included breakfast. The staff was very helpful. We looked last minute for a ride to the Bioluminescence beach and they found a very good guide for us.

Cons:

We thought a room with ocean view but from our ground level room we could not see the ocean.

Excellent séjour, hôtel très agréable et bien entretenu
Pros:

La localisation : 5 min à pied du centre
L’environnement : bâtiments jolis et bas, beaucoup d’espace, on n’est pas les uns sur les autres contrairement aux autres hôtels.
Plage de l’hôtel très agréable
Petit déjeuner copieux
Personnel sympathique et efficace

Cons:

Il est dommage de ne pas avoir accès au transat sur la plage gratuitement
Évier et miroir de la salle de bain à remplacer

Bon rapport qualité/prix les pieds dans le sable et coucher de soleil incroyable :)
Pros:

Petit hôtel très agréable en front de mer. La chambre comportait 2 grands lits doubles, avec terrasse donnant sur la plage. Peu de monde et beaucoup de transat/hammac à disposition. Nous avons été un peu plus préservé des algues comparé à d’autres endroits sur Holbox qui étaient plus “centraux”. Village avec tous les bars et restaurants à 10 minutes à pied. Au calme et vraiment reposant, loin du bruit du centre.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est peut être le petit déjeuner “inclus” avec peu d’option, sinon le reste et à un coût additionnel. La nourriture du restaurant simple, mais cela passe. La douche était le seul vrai point négatif, très peu de pression (un filet) pas évident pour se rincer et se laver les cheveux, eau chaude très longue á venir et variable.

Relaxing and beautiful
Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic sunbed area, which is behind the beach. The whole hotel area is calm and beautiful, in our opinion perfect for families. The service is outstanding, everyone very helpful and accommodating, especially Francisco 👏. We would chose the hotel again if we were to travel to Holbox.

Cons:

There is a beach club directly at the beach, where you need to consume for a certain amount in order to use the sunbeds. This did not bother us at all, as we ordered some food and drinks anyway, plus the hotels own sunbed area at the pool and bar is great. The beach was full of seagrass when we were there, but that also didn't ruin our experience, as we like to explore so we found nearby beaches which were cleaner at the time.
