La comida

No fault of the hotel, but was a bit isolated and weren't able to walk into nearby towns for morning coffee of to browse shops. Public transport was available but a bit and miss.

A szobánk szinte ki sem volt takarítva, padló koszos volt, vastagon állt a por mindenhol, zuhany üveg tiszta folt.
Mi a fő éttermüket próbáltuk ki mert ott nem kellett asztal foglalni a többivel ellentétben. Az ételek ízetlen, silány minőségűek voltak. Az összes tányért koszosan ragadósan rakták ki, egyáltalán nem higiénikus. A medencék elvileg fűtöttek voltak egy kivételével, de mi nem tudtuk használni olyan hideg volt mind, ez lehet csak az időjárás miatt volt így.

My husband & I were booked in for 2nts. My parents & our 2 children were booked in for 1 nt, they joined us on our second night my my husband & my 20th wedding anniversary. This very short stay was EXPENSIVE. My husband & I were in the reception area when my mum rang to say they had arrived at the hotel, my husband was returning from the bar with a drink for himself and glass of cava for me. We greeted my parents & children, no one had even sat down when the security guard came running over to say that our family could not have a drink that they had to be staying in the hotel. I knew this as did my family. I ran to my room to get our children’s passports so we could begin the checking in procedure, at this point there was now another member of staff just about to approach my family. I immediately went over to the desk along with my parents and children. What an absolutely lovely warm welcome NOT !!!!!!!!!!!! As I said this very short stay was costing us a lot of money and here we were being watched like criminals.
Upon making the booking and again prior to our arrival and again upon check in I mentioned it was our 20th wedding anniversary and guess what NOT SO MUCH AS A NOTE IN OUR ROOM WISHING US A HAPPY ANNIVERSARY.
We have been in other hotels in Tenerife for less significant occasions such as our children’s or husbands birthdays where they have received a birthday card or piece of cake.
We booked into one of the “ speciality “ restaurants The Grill, for night of our anniversary only to discover after going to trouble of making the reservation that it was just another buffet restaurant like the larger buffet restaurant that we ate our lunch and breakfast in previously but on a much smaller scale , with less food options. So disappointing so we had to return to the larger buffet restaurant where we did have a nice buffet meal, there should be no need to make a reservation in The Grill.

No me gustó que el bufet para mi gusto era muy justo, siempre eran las mismas frutas y eran escasas, en ningún momento vi Piña, ni melón ni sandía, y las bebidas del bar todo incluido eran muy artificiales, me faltaron algunas bebidas como zumos y frutas más naturales y que las bebidas alcohólicas no fueran con un alcohol de tan baja calidad…

Couldn’t book the other restaurants. Food was never very warm. Location was in the middle of nowhere.

No tenía buena playa cerca. Problemas de tráfico para llegar a la autopista.
