We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and we really enjoyed our holiday here.

Cons:

The TV in the room was locked, so it was not possible to use YouTube or cast content from a phone. In addition, the selection of grilled food was quite limited, and many of the dishes contained pork, which reduced the variety of options available for us.

A great hotel with excellent service and facilities, but more non-pork food options and better TV functionality would make the experience even better.

El personal no puede ser mas amable y educado. Trato increíble por parte de todos los trabajadores.
Mencion especial a Iban, recepcionista q nos atendió a nuestra llegada y solo nos ofreció facilidades y a Jesús, chef del restaurante Mandalay q nos preparó una cena especial para dos de las huéspedes q son celiacas.
Éramos 4 personas y nos proporcionaron dos habitaciones comunicadas por lo q no teníamos q salir al pasillo para ir de una a otra
Las instalaciones son nuevas y grandes. Tiene 3 restaurantes temáticos y hay comida y bebida a tu disposición 24 horas. Es un todo incluido muy completo.
La White parte fue increíble. Lo pasamos de maravilla. Un trabajo muy bien hecho y con una organización de 10..

Cons:

Como hotel grande q es, hay mucha gente, y a veces es complicado encontrar tumbona en la piscina only adults.
Los shows estaban pensados casi exclusivamente para los extranjeros y muy poco para los españoles.

Las piscinas son buenas, la habitación muy amplia y sobre todo destacar el PERSONAL, es lo que hace bueno este hotel sin duda alguna.

Cons:

Las comidas no pueden ser peores, de verdad, leía los comentarios antes de ir y pensaba que exageraba la gente y más sabiendo cómo es esta cadena de hoteles pero es pésima la comida y no puede ser más repetitiva, comida de aprovechamiento en un 4 estrellas RIU… está hecha para los extranjeros y ya. Todos los españoles con los que hablamos pensaban lo mismo que nosotros. No volveremos

El personal encantador y atento a cualquier petición que hiciésemos, y muy profesional. Instalaciones y habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Cons:

Estuvimos solo una noche e intentamos reservar para cenar en alguno de los restaurantes que hay nada más llegar y estaba todo completo en todos. Igual que envían un link para hacer el check in por anticipado, una opción podria ser que se pudiese reservar con antelacion también en los restaurantes para poder tener esa posibilidad. Por lo demás, todo muy bien, el único detalle que mejoraría es el secador, pondría uno mejor..
