Staff were very friendly and polite, hotel clean, food and drinks were good, fresh and lots of choice.
The only thing that let it down was location of hotel and the entertainment wasn’t great and everything stopped at 10.30pm which is very early when you are on holiday 😩

The environment was nice.
Food and facilities was good with lots of varieties.
Overall nice experience and we had nice time there as family .

Cons:

That they could not arrange me transfer from hotel and needed to book externally.They said they can do and then they say no we cannot do as this is not our policy so it was poor that moment and they could not find a solution.Ezpecting better reaction when you spend lots of money .Parking as well in unacceptable to charge extra .

Hotel godny polecenia!
Pros:

Widokowo hotel położony rewelacyjnie. Komunikacyjnie nieco gorzej, bo raczej z dala od wszystkiego, chociaż z drugiej strony to też duży plus. Hotel jest bardzo duży, stąd nieco czuć było tłumy, ale jednocześnie na terenie hotelu jest tyle barów, basenów i restauracji, że jakoś ta masa ludzi się rozkładała, więc tłumy były mniej uciążliwe aniżeli mogłoby się wydawać. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Poza jedzeniem bufetowym w opcji All inclusive można rezerwować kolację w trzech tematycznych restauracjach. Ostatniego dnia pobytu po zakończeniu doby hotelowej, jeśli ma się lot wieczorem, personel hotelu bez problemu pozwala pozostać na terenie hotelu i korzystać ze wszystkiego, z ręcznikami basenowymi czy jedzeniem włącznie, trzeba jedynie zwolnić pokój, więc to bardzo duży plus (udostępniana jest przechowalnia bagażu). Obsługa kelnerska rewelacyjna, uśmiechnięta, szybka, zwinna, sprawna, miła. Na recepcji podobnie.
