Earthquake proof
Pros:

Great location, close to Tokyo and kyobashi stations (direct train to Haneda airport). 5 mins walk to ginza and the shops. Very good connectivity to the rest of Tokyo. Staff were friendly and helpful with checking in and out. Turns out the hotel is also earthquake proof - there was a small quake (3.9 on the Richter scale) whilst we were in our room packing - the whole building shook - but all was well. We were assured by the staff that everything was safe - they were right.

Cons:

We didn't really use the hotel facilities as we were flying out early the following morning. Nothing to take issue with.

Centrally located and walking distance to Ginza and shopping district
Pros:

Centrally located near two metro stations within 150 feet of the hotel. Tokyo station is about a 15 minute walk. Ginza district is walkable from hotel. 4 breakfast options from the restaurant.

Cons:

Room looks rather small than in the picture.

Pros:

We are delightfully surprised that our twin room is larger than expected. As Tokyo was our last leg of our journey, the extra space allowed us to pack our luggage more easily.

Though it was about 15min walk from Tokyo Station, the hotel is very near to Kyobashi Metro Station, which the Ginza Line runs through, and thus is very central for us to get to different places.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel für Touristen in Tokyo
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zwischen zwei U-Bahnstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe und Tokyo Station ebenfalls noch fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr schneller Check-In, schönes Zimmer, Dreibett mit tatsächlich noch genug freiem Boden zwischen allen Betten um sich zu bewegen, das ist in Paris oft nicht der Fall ;) Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, im 9. Stock, gut klimatisiert, keinerlei Anlass zu irgendeiner Beschwerde. Natürlich ist es kein Luxushotel, aber um als Tourist Tokyo zu erkunden wunderbar.

Cons:

Wüsste auf Anhieb jetzt nichts, Das Personal ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit, also eben Japan!
