We had a relaxed stay, very convenient location, we will definitely be back.
Pros:

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and the Aircon works well in the heat.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked.

Top locatie
Pros:

Je zat overal dichtbij recht tegenover het station je was zo in de stad echt een top locatie ontbijt was prima voor ieder wat wils kamer was goed douche en bedden ,prima geslapen

Cons:

De prijs vonden wij wat aan de hoge kant voor 1 overnachtig en ontbijt ,maar gelukkig doen we het niet elke week

I loved the place
Pros:

The location is exceptional, it is right in front of the rail station and 5 min walk to the city centre. The price is fair

Cons:

I haven't taken breakfast because it isn't worth its money. There are plenty of places around where you can find a proper continental breakfast (scrambled eggs, omelettes, etc)

The Ibis was a really good base for exploring beautiful Leiden and nearby towns and cities.
Pros:

The hotel was in a brilliant position, opposite the train station, with the centre of Leiden just a few minutes walk away. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, air conditioning good and the bed, very comfortable.
We found the staff friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere of the hotel, calm and quiet .

Cons:

The room, including the bathroom was a little tired and generally lacked sufficient storage space. The bathroom was rather small and oddly shaped but on the plus side, the shower cubicle was spacious.

Fél óra a tengerpart busszal.
Szuper személyzet.
Hamarabb megkaphattam a szobát.

חוויה לא נעימה בקבלה אך מלון טוב במיקום מעולה.
Pros:

מיקום צמוד לתחנת הרכבת, ולחיבור בין המתחם החדש של האוניברסיטה וקרית המחקר לאזור העיר העתיקה. ברחוב הצמוד למלון יש כמה סופרמרקטים נוחים למי שרוצה להצטייד במאכל ומשקה.

Cons:

הצוות עשה טעות בעת הקבלה כאשר שילמתי במזומן. אחת העובדות איבדה שטר של 100 יורו בזמן בדיקת השטרות במכשיר האימות, ופקידות הקבלה טענו שחסר כסף ולא נתתי להם את הסכום הנכון. ביקשתי לקרוא למנהל ולבדוק את מצלמות האבטחה מעל הקופה כדי להוכיח שמסרתי את הסכום הנכון אך המנהלת לא הייתה והם התקשרו אליה, פעולה שלא הועילה למציאת הכסף החסר או פתרון למשבר. לאחר שלא הועילו בקשתי לבדיקה, ומאחר והם שוב טענו שלא קיבלו את הסכום המלא, נאלצתי לשלם בכרטיס אשראי. רק כעבור מספר דקות , מצאה אחת הפקידות את שטר ה-100 יורו על הרצפה בצד הדלפק של הפקידות. לא קיבלתי התנצלות או פיצוי לעוגמת הנפש והתחושה שאני נחשדתי בניסיון לרמות את המלון. היה מצופה שמנהל המלון יצור עימי קשר כדי ללמוד מהאירוע ולחדד הוראות לצוות פקידות הקבלה ביחס לאירועים דומים שלא יתנו לאורח להרגיש שהוא טעה והוא אשם. בדיקת מצלמות האבטחה בזמן אמת היה מאמת את סכום השטרות שנמסר לפקידות וחוסך את אי הנעימות הזו. ניהול כושל של משבר שהשאיר טעם רע אצל האורח.

Bra men litet trippelrum.
Pros:

Bra läge nära centrum, enkel och nära betalparkering. Bra för en natt, litet trippelrum.
Leiden visade sig vara en fin stad.

Cons:

Trippel-rummet är litet. Inget utrymme för resväskor. Vi hade tre bagar, kylväska och lite annat. Fyllde nästan golvet så svårt att gå mellan.

Good location, standard ok.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The curtains keep the sun out well. Staff was friendly.
It was no problem to store luggage after our stay.
Location is good, because it is right next to the train station and close to the city centre.
The parking garage is not far from the hotel. It costs 3,10€ per hour or 22€ for 24h.

Cons:

The hotel standard is still quite good but amenities are not as modern anymore as they used to be. One of the towels was torn and the shower gel dispenser was empty.
The TV was rather small.
