Great value for money
Pros:

The location is great, it was close to the central station , and easy to find. The room was very comfortable and big. Also all the staff was friendly and nice. I very much enjoyed it.

Great location, but everything else is bad
Pros:

Tbh, the only good thing I can say about the hotel is it's location, because it is really convenient, but the rest was a bit of a letdown.

Cons:

The standard rooms are small, like really small. If I were to open my suitcase, I literally wouldn't be able to leave the room because it would block the door and the exit hallway. Despite being a 4-star hotel, it is extremely stripped down of even basic amenities, such as coffee machine in the rooms or even bathrobes. And what really pissed me off was trying to enter the hotel after 23 PM. For some very ridiculous reason, they lock the front door outside. What happened to me is that, i had to press some hidden button outside, wait for 5-7 minutes in an absolute blizzard of a storm until someone picks up, then you have to tell room number and last name so that someone can finally open the door. Like guys, cmon. This is absurd for a property part of Accor, like they literally have no one at reception at night, I think the only person is someone hidden in the back office somewhere. It really leaves a very poor hospitality feeling.

And also, a quick question, what happens if you don't remember your room number and you only have your key with you without the holder? You have to sleep outside?

There are better properties in the city and if you aren't really that much insistent on the location, just go to the Hilton that 15-20 minutes away and you would have a better service.

Excellent location - convenient and quiet!
Pros:

It was a nice surprise! The location is very near to the train station and two supermarkets. There is a reception is professional. We asked for an early check-in and our room was ready when we arrived. We did not need to pay for early check-in. I asked for extra pillows and received them almost immediately. There is free Wifi and the breakfast is standard hotel buffet. In addition, there is coffee machine and a kettle. It is also quite quiet in the evening.

Cons:

A fridge and a electric safety deposit box will really add the value of the room.
