Good value for short stay in Leiden
Pros:

Good central location. Acceptable comfort and cleanliness.

Dated furniture and facilities. Window which cannot be fully opened (even in the summer).

Pros:

Zo fijn dat ik elke dag geholpen werden mijn fiets in en uit de fietsenkelder te halen.

Cons:

Een luie stoel op de kamer zou ik waarderen, ipv het krukje.

Bett zu schmal, 2 getrennte Bettdecken wäre für unser Alter besser gewesen, Ablageflächen und Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad zu wenig,

Lovely Staff - No In-Room Fridge. Baffling.
Pros:

Location: adjacent to the central railway station, and a mere few minutes' walk away from the charming old centre. The staff were lovely, warm and welcoming and I heartily recommend a pay rise! Leiden was always previously one of those places I passed by on the train on the way to Den Haag, but this place is a pleasant base from which to explore it.

Cons:

In this day and age, what hotel room does NOT have a mini-fridge. I can live with no bathtub in a hotel (efficiency, saving water, etcetera....), but to not have an in-room mini-fridge is simply incomprehensible.

Situation idéale juste en dehors du centre ville !
Pros:

Situation idéale juste en bordure de l'accès au centre ville et à proximité immédiate d'un parking super sécurisé. Top. En plus face à la gare pour ceux qui circulent en train. Chambres propres avec literie confortable. Petit déjeuner vraiment super avec un large choix de produits de bonne qualité. Hôtel calme malgré sa situation. Personnel sympa.

Cons:

Rien de particulier mais certaines chambres sont en cours de rénovation et devraient être un peu plus au oût du jour en matière de déco et de confort sous peu.
