Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel, goed bed, naast station, fijn dat bagage zowel voor als na de overnachting kon worden bewaard.

Cons:

Voor de prijs verwacht ik meer. Onderhoud en schoonmaak was prima maar kon beter.. Een klein koffie apparaat op de kamer zou niet misstaan. Kamer naast de lift dus gehorig in de vroege ochtend.

Perfect for my musical and sightseeing trip
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay! Carlijn at the reception was a gem! So sweet, humouring my try at speaking Dutch but also perfectly fluent in English and even speaking some German. She had the best tips, was the loveliest woman ever and made my stay absolutely pleasant!

The hotel itself is very conveniently located across the street from the main station of Leiden and just a short walk from the bigger windmill of Leiden. It is clean albeit a bit dated.

Will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and probably book again.

tres bien situe si on a besoin des transports publics.

Cons:

chambre tres froide (systeme de chauffage coupe a midi, et ventilation manuelle ne se remet pas en route) ; odeur persistante d'egout dans la salle de bains, rendant son utilisation desagreable ; prix eleve.

Cons:

Er is geen restaurant, dus voor lunch en diner moet je verplicht elders naartoe. Het is weinig gezellig.

The attention of people in the front desk , so nice, everybody. Carly is so amazing person and the guys too.

Voor een goede prijs naast Leiden Centraal en op (korte) loopafstand van de Leidse binnenstad. Kamer is eenvoudig en niet al te groot, maar voor dit geld een prima keuze.

Cons:

Twee personen moeten een bureaustoeltje en een krukje delen; een gemakkelijke stoel is er niet

Alles prima voor elkaar.

Cons:

Niets viel tegen. We moesten naar het UMC Leiden; kwamen met de trein uit het oosten des lands. Station, hotel en UMC lagen op een steenworp van elkaar. Perfect voor ons!
