Cons:

Rooms, common areas lacking attention and simple maintenance. My feeling is the staff has forgotten what the customer wants and forgets to do simple maintenance like lubricating cracking bathroom doors or checking if WiFi extenders are functioning. Pool water was not clean.

Nice old building in Old Town..

Cons:

This hotel is trying to scam you if you are booking the "SUPERIOR QUEEN ROOM".
That room smells hazardous mold, has no windows, no ac.
When we said it's unacceptable they offered a nice room for more than twice the price.
We declined.
They have a very strict cancellation policy so we had to call booking.com they offered no alternative but we got our free cancellation....we ended up in a hotel nearby.

Hotel antiguo y en mal estado. No se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas como anuncia. Habitaciones poco insonorizadas y mal aisladas, llovió y entró agua en la habitación.

Pros:

The vibe was great. Employees were great.

Cons:

Water pressure but that probably can't be helped. Outside street noise but again, can't be helped. Breakfast was expensive

Historic charming old architecture in the heart of Old San Juan with beautiful and comfortable amenities!
Pros:

The location, rooftop pool, and breakfast on the roof were amazing!! We loved the historic feel and old charm of the building. We had the deluxe room with a full balcony and it was beautiful and comfortable, nice cold AC, beautiful rain shower, and had beautiful views of the surrounding buildings and street. We walked everywhere and always felt safe! The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well!

Cons:

Nothing! We had an amazing stay here!

Great stay for ages 15 to 55! Our family of 6 had plenty of room and a wonderful time exploring old San Juan! Gracias!

A sufficient way to save a little money.
Pros:

Central location in old San Juan can’t be beat. Walkable to coffee, dinner, El Morro. The rooftop with the pool and bar was very fun.

Cons:

Air conditioner in the kitchen/living room did not work. That was the room with all of the little balconies overlooking the street. It was pretty hot in there most of the time.

Location was perfect and staff were great
Pros:

Staff were wonderful! The room was nice and clean. The only complaint is not having a window in the room but otherwise pretty nice. Great location!
