Нищо общо за петзвезден хотел.Мръсно е навсякъде тъмно осветление не достатъчно.Ако влезете в спа ще повърнете от мръсотията ако влезнете на сауна изгоряли дъски и мръсотия.Закуската нищо по различно от 3 звезден хотел.Не препоръчвам.

Location and facilities.

Cons:

Staff at reception were not helpful. Electricity went off hot no water until sfter 1 hour. Staff said they don't know and then l they said after 10 min technical staff are working. Just to get an update was difficult and we got standard response "we don't know". Until other guests eere calling to complain about water then they started taking action.

Resepsiyonda görev yapan Çiğdem Hanım’dan özellikle çok memnun kaldık. Bizimle son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve nazik bir şekilde ilgilendi. Tüm sorularımıza profesyonel ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşarak kendimizi gerçekten değerli hissettirdi. Misafir memnuniyetine verdiği önem ve samimi yaklaşımı konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Kendisine ilgisi ve güzel enerjisi için özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Böyle çalışanların otelin kalitesine büyük katkı sağladığını düşünüyoruz !!

Cons:

Otele özellikle havuz imkânından faydalanmak için rezervasyon yaptık. Ancak konaklamamız sırasında düzenlenen düğün nedeniyle maalesef havuzu kullanamadık. Böyle bir etkinliğin olacağını önceden bilseydik, tercihimiz farklı olabilirdi. Misafirlerin planlarını buna göre yapabilmesi adına, bu tür durumların rezervasyon sırasında önceden belirtilmesinin daha doğru olacağını düşünüyoruz. Bunun dışında konaklamamızdan genel olarak memnun kaldık.

More than the expectations
Pros:

The location and view were very good .. ..the staff were very kind and nice ..the facilities were extra great ..special thanks Cigdem,infront disk, she was super nice and super helpful .. would definitely come again to same hotel

Cons:

Part of the hotel was still not renovated ..but even though it was in a very good conditions..no harm of using it ..it was almost same as the renovated one .. so I would not consider it a negative..same as the spa was under renovation so I believe it was my bad luck ..but next time for sure I would be able to use it
So in general nothing there to talk about

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, der Wellnessbereich sehr schön und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat mich das hervorragende Frühstück. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und werde meinen Urlaub immer wieder gerne in diesem Hotel verbringen. Absolute Empfehlung! 😊

Kamer was iets verouderd, wastafel was bijvoorbeeld snel verstopt en wc bleef water spoelen. Airco maakt veel geluid.

Honestly, I loved almost everything. If someone asked me, “How would you like a hotel to be?”, I would answer without hesitation: “Go to Çelik Palas and take it as an example.”
From the historic and impressive building, the cleanliness and atmosphere, to the exceptional staff, everything creates a genuine feeling of hospitality. What impressed me the most, however, was the people. Their kindness, professionalism, willingness to help, and above all, their warm and human approach made me feel truly welcomed.
It was one of those stays where you don't simply feel that you stayed at a hotel; you feel that you met people you will remember. For me, Çelik Palas is not simply a beautiful hotel. It is an example of what true hospitality should be.

Honestly, I don't have anything significant to mention that made me dissatisfied. My overall experience was exceptional, and even if there are small details that could perhaps be improved, they are insignificant compared with the overall quality and the warm hospitality I received.
I left Çelik Palas with beautiful memories and, most importantly, with the desire to return again.

Pros:

Este un hotel foarte frumos, poți merge acolo liniștit. Camerele erau foarte curate, micul dejun a fost foarte variat și delicios, piscina a fost curată.Merită fiecare bănuț. Personalul a fost prietenos. Mulțumesc foarte mult pentru tot! 🙏🏻🤗Vom reveni cu drag!
