Pros:

The staff had very good use of English and were incredibly helpful and positive, the spa area was amazing on the body after a long day of snowboarding on Uludag, and the rooms were pretty great.

Cons:

The laundry service was pretty tricky to use and seems like it could do with an update to the system (maybe using a QR code and a photo of your laundry) especially since there was no good way to request it was picked up.
The breakfast buffet was a little bit lacking, I felt some of the budget could've gone towards more warm meat or eggs that were kept warm and ready to go, rather than what was basically a sandwich station with cold meat, and an omelette station where you feel your order may be missed.
The restaurant and room service could have done with some healthier options.

Atmosfera hotelului elegant și primitor,piscina termala superbă personalul de la intrare și până la ieșire toți au fost zâmbitori și gata să ajute ,priveliștea din camera asupra orașului de vis,pozitia aproape de centru...

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut televizorul ,ar fi putut fi de actualitate la confortul și eleganța camerei s-ar fi potrivit mai bine ...

I would not go there again the hotel staff are not the best.

I liked the thermal bath, and location.

Cons:

The staff ar extremely rude, not nice at all. Very money hungry. Since when is each room only allowed 2 bottled per day at a 5 stars hotel? this is absurd and when I complained they made it 3 bottles and extra bottles for an extra fee??? Also how does a 5 stars hotel not have OAT or Almond milk options for breakfast only normal milk??

L'hotel n'a rien d' un 5 étoiles.
Cons:

La propreté et a revoir. Le parquet affiche des taches partout. La salle de bain et tres sérrée pas tres propre. La moquette et d'une saleté... néttoyage superficiel. Aucun buffet sauf le matin buffet tres médiocre. Ni dej ni diner sauf a la carte. Aucune animation pour nouvel an. Je m abstien de mettre les photos.

Pros:

The quality of the staff was truly excellent. The hotel team is extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor for a five-star hotel. Also, the meal served at New Year's Eve was not tasty (this is the common opinion of the whole family).
The bathroom and toilet are separated by a thin partition. It is not very practical and useful.
