Pros:

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Was able to get extra coffee when I needed it.

Cons:

The pool was great but because it isn't monitored the whirlpool was full of kids even though the sign said no one under 12. And when I spoke to a child about it, mum got all offended.

Cons:

Elevators out of service. Long waits and overcrowded elevator rides with some guests coughing, dogs, patrons in swimsuits. Very noisy with kids in hallways after 10 pm. Service not friendly. Really unpleasant experience. Apparently a third elevator has been out of commission for some time and even three elevators is not enough for a hotel of this size.

Pros:

Grande chambre, bon emplacement et stationnement inclus.

Cons:

Piscine fermée à 22h20 hors qu’elle devrait être ouverte jusqu’à 23h. Matelas inconfortable et âgé. 1 seul rouleau de papier hygiénique.

Disgusting room conditions—blood, mould, and filth. Unacceptable.
Cons:

I stayed there and was appalled by the severe lack of cleanliness. The side of the bed was soiled with what looked like blood or a bodily fluid, alongside visible mould. To make matters worse, the bathroom towels were completely torn with holes in them, heavily stained, and dirty. The shower basin itself wasn't even properly cleaned and had prominent brown grime streaks.
When I complained, the front desk instructed me to send the photographic evidence to a generic Gmail address. I reached out to management immediately as directed, but they have completely ignored my email and gone radio-silent. Absolute lack of accountability for a major health and safety hazard. Avoid this place.

I stayed a night and thoroughly enjoyed my time with old friends who came to share a meal and drinks with me at the Hote
Pros:

The location was very good for me, being close to the train station. The breakfast was also a good spread which I enjoyed very much.

I also liked the big room and the comfortable bed.

I didn’t get to use the swimming pool, but it was also important for me that it was there.

Cons:

Nothing, it was excellent for my needs.

Not a pleasant experience
Pros:

Room was reasonably clean, however, the room upkeep is not good. Fittings were falling off. No electric power in a couple of power sockets on the bedside.

Cons:

Staff was in general not helpful. Only two operational lifts for a multi-storied building
