Beautiful!
Pros:

This place was beautiful, comfortable, well priced, and served breakfast in the morning (extra fee).
We came very late, but the concierge was so helpful and very nice.
We managed to park our large minivan inside the courtyard of the hotel with some help.

Check-in took a while due to needing our passport information

La verdad que no entendemos las reseñas del resto de clientes, ya que nuestra experiencia ha sido totalmente contraria.
Empecemos: nada más llegar nos dimos cuenta en la habitación que estaba fría, no mucho, pero fría, al irse el recepcionista, comprobamos que el termostato estaba encendido y al máximo de potencia. Viendo que los radiadores no se calentaban decidimos decirlo en recepción y nos dijeron que era por el termostato general etc etc y como mi pareja era muy friolera nos dieron un radiador eléctrico como aporte extra ya que no debíamos preocuparnos porque cuando llegase la noche, funcionarían los radiadores, pues bien, no funcionaron y ya mirándolos con atención, nos dimos cuenta que estaban cerrados, menos mal y aún así pasamos algo de frío ya que la habitación empezó a calentarse más tarde de lo normal. Respecto a la limpieza, parece limpio y digo solo parece, ya que si bien es verdad que no hay nada sucio como tal, sí que había polvo y bastante, ya que al pasar el dedo por los marcos de la ventana y las puertas, te llevabas una buna cantidad de polvo. Respecto al colchón, una AUTÉNTICA BASURA, de vergüenza, se nota todo y no es nada cómodo, menudas 2 noches hemos pasado… y ya por acabar… EL RUIDO, la primera noche tuvimos suerte y no tuvimos a nadie en la habitación de arriba, pero en la segunda… parecía que estaban en nuestra habitación dentro, tuve que abrir las persianas y mirar si es que había gente hablando al lado de nuestras ventanas ya que no era normal, de verdad, la insonorización brilla por su ausencia. En definitiva, si estás valorando hospedarte aquí, te aconsejo que mires otra cosa porque además en Navia hay poco que ver.

Casa indiana que guarda la esencia, muy cómoda y cuidada
Pros:

Casa Indiana, en la que se ha conservado la esencia de este tipo de construcciones en ciertos salones y estancias. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y acogedora. Estaba muy limpio. Es un alojamiento céntrico, que cuenta con jardines cuidados.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que se hubiera podido disfrutar de las salas comunes, ya que eran muy bonitas.
