Small room and bathroom.
The staff were so eager to please. They did their best with English and we attempted some French so we really had no issues communicating. The hotel is sweet and charming. Some of the features are dated but that just adds to the charm. Our room was the largest we have had since we arrived in France. We loved the breakfast! Considering the price, we felt more than satisfied. While in the area, if you are interested in WWI and the battle of the Somme go to the Somme 1916 museum. It is truly a gem! The Thai restaurant close to the hotel was super.
Maybe they could include handsoap in the bathroom.
Clean room
Bathroom door latch hanging off and wrong way round. No hot water, toilet flush loud enough to wake the dead. No lift, bar or restaurant. Reception not continually staffed, code to enter hotel. Parking far from easy..... We left 2days earlier than planned.
Central location and friendly staff.
Strong smell of cigarettes. Bar not open.
The location was not too far from the town centre
The hotel was very tired.
The rooms smelled of smoke
The hotel and rooms need a good clean
Vies. Geen drie maat twee sterren. Slecht ontbijt. Overpriced. Vrijwel alles is kapot. Ga er niet heen!
Bathroom - especially the shower tub -- very difficult to get into -- and VERY DANGEROUS!
Both adequate
Convenient location
Lift would have been useful
No tea bags coffee in room
Shower difficult to get in and out
Limited on street parking
The hotel was close to the main square in Albert and our host Richard welcomed us warmly. Our room had been redecorated and was clean and generally comfortable. Wifi was fine. Breakfast was adequate. Storing bikes was well managed and appreciated.
We could only plug in devices by unplugging other items. Hotel is starting to show its age. Restaurant on site didn't seem to be open. Noise from other rooms was a bit of an issue, especially the bed above.
