Een echte beleving!
Pros:

Onze hotelkamer was een echte beleving met een zelf te kiezen scène projectie op de muur, een heerlijk bad in de kamer, een dubbele douche en een mega lekker groot bed. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

's Avonds hebben wij bij het restaurant gegeten, het eten was erg lekker en de bediening erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker. De bedden lagen heerlijk, de kamer en badkamer waren erg mooi en schoon. Wij hebben een perfect verblijf gehad, met grote dank aan het Guest Relations team die het verblijf nóg specialer hebben gemaakt met het verjaardagskaartje wat klaar stond voor mijn partner.

They were very friendly, the place was beautiful. It was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in and dinner was delicious.

We found the restaurant staff friendly and helpful. A comfortable bed and hearty breakfast.

Cons:

The lack of a window in the room was not mentioned on the Booking.com listing; however, this is a Booking.com issue and in no way reflects the quality of the hotel or the professionalism of its staff, who warmly assisted us with all our needs.

Prijzig hotel maar zeker de moeite waard!
Pros:

Gezelligheid en vriendelijk personeel.
Fantastisch mooi hotel. Heel mooi ingericht... Zeker nu met eindejaar.

Cons:

Drukte.
Door de feestdagen zat het hotel volledig vol. Door het restaurant dat zich nu in het hotel bevindt was het heel druk .
Personeel deed wel zijn uiterste best.

Vriendelijkheid personeel, ik was jarig en ze hadden mijn kamer versierd en een cadeautje neergelegd wat een vriendin had verzorgd. Heerlijke kamers.
