Lovely place to stay right next to the beach, friendly staff, bright and clean rooms, quirky decorations throughout and
Pros:

On site parking at the front of the property and a private carpark to the back, easy to come and go without worrying about where we could park afterwards.
Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome and comfortable straight away. Very kind to my 6 year old who was anxious about being away from home.
The room was bright and clean, the bed was comfortable and a lovely en-suite. Free WiFi for all of our devices.
Breakfast was lovely, catered to my little boys allergies and food issues and food was delicious each morning.
Really lovely stay, we were sad to leave and will be back soon!

Excellent Place to Stay
Pros:

We were in a room outside the main building. It was warm, with a sofa to sit and outside chairs and table if the weather had been better. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. Also, there was a fridge in the room.
There was plenty of parking and the breakfast was lovely as were the staff.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. I guess if it rained you need a brolly when Walking to the main building.

Short break.
Pros:

Everything. Breakfast was cooked to order ,lovely and fresh . Lots of choices. Staff were all lovely and helpful,top up tea,coffee etc everyday . It was lovely to meet the owners dog was really lovely , hope he liked his treats.
Would definitely go back as was best place we have started in Yarmouth and it was a real cosy warm room we had.

Cons:

Nothing . Could find nothing to dislike.

Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic with excellent choice. The room was clean and well maintained. Ample tea coffee and hot chocolate. The complimentary shower gels was good quality. For what we paid for the 3 nights we have nothing to complain about. Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend to staying there

How clean the hotel was the room we stayed in was very clean smelt lovely everything we walked in staff was friendly, the cleaning lady Sarah I think her name was she was very nice and needs to get a pay rise as she works very hard

The heating was turned off during the day so our room was extremely cold, we had to get into bed to keep warm, also dinner was only served a couple of evenings a week.

A perfect gem of a place ...
Pros:

A lovely motel style room with a sofa and terrace area. The breakfast was incredible... We tried both the full English and the kippers and both were exceptional. An added bonus were the homemade scones and muffins. The staff were very attentive and helped make our stay a wonderful one.
