Pros:

Great value and with a lovely sea view. Good breakfast and an interesting little quirky place with lovely staff

Cons:

Only a personal thing as we prefer a larger bed. The bed in our room was a double and as it has a wooden frame it is a little creeky.There is plenty of space in the room for a larger bed.

Great short stay
Pros:

The bedding and cleanliness of room was excellent.
Breakfast was sumptuous and well served.
The ambience of the restaurant area was good and well presented.
The location is great which northern side of beach and car park available at the hotel premises.
In summer it is ideally placed for couples.

Cons:

On arrival we found the room was little cold, and we asked for a heater which was quickly provided. Given we are now midst of Autumn, the rooms could be little warmer.

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff, food and everything in between.
Pros:

Lovely and helpful staff, the room was lovely with great facilities. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic never had anything like it. The bar was also very nice and cosy. Will be coming to this hotel from now on for any trips we have in the future - couldn’t have had a better stay.

A great overnight stay at a friendly hotel with an amazing breakfast.
Pros:

A characterful hotel with very attentive staff, amazing breakfasts, including fresh baked scones, in a prime location overlooking the North Beach at Great Yarmouth

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Pros:

The breakfast menu choice was excellent and the full English breakfast kept us going until tea time!

Cons:

We didn't find anything that we thought was unacceptable . The staff were so friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend the Hotel and hope to pay a return visit.

The price was about right. Staff very friendly.

this hotel was excellent value for the money we paid it was clean warm and staff very helpful

the room was clean, warm and a decent size we are both tall, the beds comfy too, Breakfast was excellent nothing was too much trouble, staff very helpful and cheerful, it was a lovely hotel right on the promenade about a mile to walk in to Yarmouth itself so you could leave the car in the courtyard, loved it there and would go back again
