Bonne étape pour une découverte de la Sardaigne.
Pros:

Appartement en 3ème étage, vue sur le port de plaisance avec terrasse, localisation idéale pour les adeptes de la plage, à recommander pour un couple avec un enfant.

Cons:

The pictures of the entire building are not real and the owner is misleading. The apartment is actually in a separate building with a disastrous entrance and a different name. Be aware that they charge extra for the towels 20€ per person. Also a dog 30€.

Der Ausblick war toll. Es war alles super sauber. Der Pool mit Bademeister war das Highlight für unseren Sohn.

Die Fotos haben nicht wirklich zur Ferienwohnung gepasst.

Un coup de soleil au début de l’hiver sur de belles plages peu fréquentées en cette saison. Top!
Pros:

Le receptionist à l’accueil a été vraiment à notre écoute… Son français est parfait ! La vue sur le port est superbe.

Cons:

Les moustiques, le passage par l’arrière en terrain boueux et non par l’accueil du fait de la “hors saison”!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Personal super nett.

Cons:

Manches ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beispielsweise ließ sich die Tür zum Badezimmer nicht ganz schließen.

Nebengebäude entspricht nicht dargestellten Fotos
Pros:

Waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht.
Gastgeber ausgesprochen nett und bemüht.
Die Lage am Hafen und zentrumsnah sind super.
Ruhige Lage, zumindest im Herbst.
Auch der geräumige Balkon war gut.
Und die Aussicht zum Hafen sowie das schöne Vogelgezwitscher (wie im Dschungel) war cool.
Das Auto konnte man im abgesperrten Bereich abstellen. Positiv auch dass zwei Klimageräte (Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer) vorhanden sind.

Cons:

Leider viel zu wenige Abstell-/Ablageflächen, keine Arbeitsfläche für Küche.
Kein Schrank im Schlafzimmer, nur offenes Stoffregal. Ein Schrank (wenigstens für Jacken nutzbar) war im Küchen-/Wohnbereich, aber nur mit 2 Schubladen. Dort war auch noch ein sehr hohes Bett, das als couch dienen soll (eher ungemütlich).
Wir mussten viel improvisieren. Leider war das vorher durch Fotos nicht ersichtlich..
Das Bett hat sehr weiche Matratzen (gelmatratze?), fanden wir nicht angenehm, aber interessant mal auszuprobieren.
Handtücher muss man extra zahlen
