Месторасположение, вид из окна, комфорт в номере, атмосферный дизайн номера! Хороший завтрак!
При бронировании мы сделали акцент на том, что хотим красивый прямой вид на море из окна, и номер с балконом! Но при заезде нам дали частичный вид на море, и стену соседнего здания! Когда мы попросили поменять, сказали что для них вид одинаковый! Хотя он таковым не был! Стоимость номеров одинаковая!
Пока муж не настоял на смене номеров, или частичного возврата средств за несоответствие картинка/реальность, нам отказывали! Но в конечном итоге поменяли! Потому что поняли, что не правы! Но осадок неприятный остался!

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Amalfi.
Die Dachterrasse kann außerhalb des Frühstücks auch genutzt werden, wenn das Zimmer keinen eigenen Balkon hat.
Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal super freundlich.
Wir hatten am ersten Tag ein Problem mit der Dusche, das innerhalb einer Stunde gelöst wurde.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit einer Privaten Parkgarage war super und hat uns sehr geholfen. Trotz Byzantinischem Neujahrsfest, bei dem sämtliche Straßen gesperrt werden konnten wir alles so organisieren, dass wir das Auto rechtzeitig abholen und wieder abgeben konnten.
Man sollte beachten, dass die Park-Situation in Amalfi eine Katastrophe ist.
Es gibt zwei teure öffentliche Parkhäuser am Ortsrand. Das Hotel arbeitet aber mit iner Privaten Garage zusammen.
Außerdem ist das Hotel nur über eine Steile Treppe mit 70 Stufen erreichbar. Für uns kein Problem, sollte man bei der Buchung aber beachten.

Beautiful sea view and cleaning staff was only positive thing. The cleaning staff were the only employees who were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful.
We had a very disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi barely worked throughout our stay, and the air conditioning was very weak. We were eventually moved to a cheaper room because of the air conditioning issue but received no refund for the price difference.
The staff spoke very limited English, making communication difficult. They were unable to issue an invoice and were generally not helpful or solution-oriented. The cleaning staff were the only employees who were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. We were also asked to pay the tourist tax in cash even though it had already been paid through Booking.com, which Booking.com later confirmed.
One of the biggest issues was that the property description did not clearly state that there is no road access to the hotel. The final part of the journey requires climbing a long, steep staircase with many steps.
Reception staff were available only during the day. Outside those hours, it was impossible to get any assistance.
We were given only one key for two guests. The same key was needed to enter the hotel, access the room, and activate the air conditioning. This meant we always had to stay together and could not go out separately, which was extremely inconvenient.
The hotel itself felt very worn and did not offer good value for the price. The shower holder would not stay in place, the shower door barely closed and kept coming off its hinges, several floor tiles were cracked, and there were numerous signs of wear and damage throughout the room.
Overall, this was one of the least welcoming hotel experiences we have had. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
