Muito boa experiência.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Cadeiras para todos na piscina. A sala comum é muito boa. Os funcionários são impecáveis. O walk in do duche é muito bom. O chuveiro massivo é excelente. A sauna é espetacular.

Cons:

O acesso ao frigorífico do quarto é difícil. Não tem varanda no quarto. O campo de ténis está ao abandono. Temos de usar toalhas do hotel para ter acesso à piscina, mas é difícil secá-las todos os dias.

La ubicación, el personal y las instalaciones. Desayuno muy completo. Habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Cons:

La insonorización de las habitaciones. Había familias con niños en la planta baja pegando voces hasta cerca de las 23:30h y nadie les llamaba la atención. Las camas y almohadas mejorables.

Forte stay
Pros:

The pool was amazing, the staff at the mini bar were so wonderful!!! We gad an amazing stay during the hot summer days. This hotel is one of the most amazing places to stay in the northern part of Portugal.

Decepcionada
Pros:

Cerca del centro. Parking bien. La piscina bien, aunque resbalaba en el fondo.

Cons:

El hotel, o más bien la habitación no parecía a las fotos, así que una decepción. La habitación está muy vieja El armario y paredes están pintadas de color marrón, con la pintura levantada y varios sitios. La bañera tenía moho en la esquinas. La cama regular.. almohadas viejas y llenas de bultos.
El desayuno regular. No había comida caliente… solo huevos revueltos y beicon sin calentador.
Para la piscina había que coger una toalla en recepción dejando 5€, pero no te lo cambiaban todos los días… solo cada tres, así que toalla mojada para el día siguiente.
La moqueta de los ascensores estaba sucio…
Habrá más cosas. No parecía un hotel de 4 estrellas.
