Minä tykkäsin kaikin puolin,mutta wifi,netti ei toiminut. Se luvattiin korjata,mutta toimi ehkä muutaman minuutin kerrallaan. taksi luvattiin tilata ja se tuli ajallaan,mutta taksikuski ei puhunut muuta kieltä kuin venäjää. Olisin myöhästynyt paluu lennoltani jos ohitse ei olisi sattunut kulkemaan paikallista miestä joka puhui sekä englantia ja venäjää. hän tulkkasi ja pääsin ajoissa kentälle. muuten olisin myöhästynyt! Huoneisto olisi tarvinnut kunnon siivousta. Lattia oli ainut puhdas. Huoneisto oli homeessa. Sain pahoja allergisia reaktioita,koska olen astmaatikko.

入口は分かりづらいが、担当者の対応が速いので大変助かった。その点を評価したい。ただ、まずどこに行けば良いかを予めメールか何かで伝えておけばいいのでは？とも思う。クロアチアのアパートはそのような対応だった。
宿泊費はウクライナの物価から考えると高い気がするが、部屋の広さ、設備を考えれば満足。もし次回滞在することがあれば、またここを選びたい。
空港との送迎を提案してくれるが、平日朝夕の混雑する時間帯であれば妥当な金額設定。私の時は片道650UAH と提示されたが、土曜の朝はUber で300UAH 程度、月曜夜は混雑する600UAHだった。空港でまず現金とSim カードを入手する手間を考えれば、提案してくれたものを利用すれば良かった、と思った。

Not the building I was expecting.
Not very clean. Not very welcoming people.

Sorry, I would not recommend it at all.

It was very hard to check in, because nobody answered the phone in the night, and not even the next day. But some locals helped me to track down a woman who was very nice once I could find her. This means that Hotels.com has very little clue about what is going on - alos when I called Hotels there was endless ansvwering machines which costed me a lot of money to call - and it solved nothing. So Hotels is very band but the flat and service in Kiev was great. However, there is nothing on the address listed in the ad. The ad is mainly bogus, cause there is no hotel, or reception, or anything in that building; it has no relation to anything, its just a random building they are listing and presenting like their apt.hotel. Very frustrating experience lasting some 15 hours until I could solve it.

Trip was good, but apartment was not what it is that was advertised.

Lägenheten ligger mitt i stan!
Fasaden ser ganska sliten ut men det pga fastighetsägarna inte lägger ut pengar på fasaden utom lägenheterna. Jag blev överraskad att personalen kunde ordna taxi till flygplatsen för cirka 200kr det är ganska mycket där och jag rekommenderar att gå till centrumet och ta en kvällspromenad. Området är lugnt och jag åkte alltid med Uber. Tänk på att det är få människor där som pratar engelska men det går ändå bra.

The service was not good I stone apartment in the middle of the city and when the connection was the apartment is not good and away from the center of the city and contacted the reservation company was replaced the apartment but also to the apartment that I booked and there is no amount of cooking food

The apartment has a perfect location, exactly in the centre of Kiev. It is a big, spacious apartment, good for two people. Clean and quiet, as it looks over the inner courtyard. The room is dark, you need to turn on the lights during the day. In case you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you need. Bring your spices, coffee and tea.

1 thing that can be improved: curtains in bedroom let in a little too much light in the morning

Great location, 1 minute walk from Independence Square, 3 minutes walk to Kreshchatik, but old building, with old furniture inside. I was expecting to have an apartment with one living room and one bedroom, but when I arrived I found a two bedroom apartment with kitchen and no living room. Definitely I won’t book this apartment again, even the location was good, I didn’t like the comfort inside and I didn’t like that the first day the manager lady got inside while I was sleeping, and gave me not nice wake up for pay her the amount of money cash when the amount was blocked on my credit card when I did the reservation! And in the morning of my check out again they opened the door of the apartment and came inside, rushing me to leave because another guests will come, so I couldn’t even shower before go to the airport! It was my first experience with booking an apartment in Kiev, before I’ve stayed in hotels, and if you want to avoid these inconvenience tell the lady manager before don’t come to give you wake-up like desperate or find some nice hotels...
