Uavoyage Baseina Apartments

A travelers worst nightmare. Having a guaranteed booking, only not to have the hotel on her I’ll respond to the reservation. I took an Uber with all of my luggage to the area where the apartment was supposed to be. Only to find out the address listed on the website did not show up in Google maps and numerous messages and phone calls went unanswered.

On the side of the street with all my luggage I have to look at alternatives for all my phone. It was completely uncomfortable and a total nightmare

I may have been an isolated incident but as I look at the reviews there is nothing for the last two years. I would avoid this place at all cost

Very safe and secure close to great shopping and metro access

Location is perfect, communication with yulia via WhatsApp going ok, appartment is clean furniture and facilities are wel used and old but still clean. I saw 2 small Cockroaches wlaking around but the building is old.. for the prices is good.

On the site this place is shown as a hotel, in practice these apartments are scattered throughout the center of Kiev.
A little lack of credibility on the part of the owners regarding the location. It should be clearer.

Het is een appartementgebouw, er is geen receptie of iets dergelijks. De concierge doet de deur open.
Lift is redelijk bijzonder... (oud en gammel)
De ruimte is ruim, opzich alles netjes maar wel aan het vervallen. Bubbelbad kwam zwarte drap uit, dus hebben we maar niet gebruikt.
Locatie is top.

It really isn't a Hotel per say. Is an apartment building right downtown in the heart of the city. You really can't ask for much of a better location if you want to be central. Apartment was big enough for a couple or solo travelers. If I had an issue (which I only had 1and was with the hot water) all I did was message them through Hotels.com reservation/confermation page and was replied to in minutes. She had someone there within the hour.

Gesucht und nicht gefunden, musste kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen, keiner antwortet auf der Hotline.

This place doesn't exist. Don't book.

The driver was not present at the airport as agreed, I had to wait several minutes till he finally showed up. He brought me to my apartment, but this one was not on the location as agreed as well. It was also in the city center, so I could accept this. Obviously the manager of the company was not familiar with the apartment. She did not know the code of the wifi. After several minutes of calling, she found an open wireless source from somone else. The wifi of the apartment I could never use, although the manager promised to provide the code later. The apartment was ok so far. In the bath tube were lots of hair, so not really tidy.
