It was very nice!
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, a nice selection and quantity. Rooms and common areas were extremely clean!!! Staff were VERY kind, and nice.

Cons:

The internet in my room did not work, But did in the lobby area. They did say they have an appointment next week to address this issue.

Pros:

La pulizia, l ampiezza del bagno, letto comodo, posizione silenziosa, al risveglio si è deliziati dalla colazione torte fatte in casa, focaccia e il pane ottimi, formaggi e uova eccezionali, le marmellata monoporzione in vetro e soprattutto la perspicacia della signora che serve le bevande calde.

A great location with lovely helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, so close to restaurants, shops, the beach. Also the train station and buses are close if you want to explore along the coast. The hotel garden is beautiful, having breakfast out there was heavenly.
