La pulizia delle asciugamani e delle lenzuola.

Bagno vecchio ,doccia con la muffa e box doccia piccolissima e con box doccia rotto.
Frigobar all'arrivo non era in funzione ,messo in funzione da noi ,la temperatura poteva essere impostata al max a 12 gradi quindi l'acqua non si e' rinfrescata.
Ci aspettavamo un soggiorno super confortevole visto il costo della stanza e la sorpresa delle.tasse di soggiorno.
Lo sconsiglio vivamente per 220 euro .

Pros:

solo i materassi e gli asciugamani

Cons:

l'immoibile e' chiuso tra alti condomini, a quota piu bassa della strada....non ha parcheggi propri ne' interni ne' esterni, e Locale bagno non efficente: cabina doccia vetusta in PVC, piccolissima e difficile accessso per persone adulte ( io e mio figlio abbiamo rinunciato...) bidet non fissato al pavimento, con pericolo di ribaltamento in una "situazione" veramente delicata....! inoltre acqua fredda pochissima e pressoche' ingestibile dal rubinetto quindi, non miscelabile , quindi solo acqua bollente.......lavandino modello barbie, strettissimo e pericoloso se ci si lava il viso per la mensola di vetro sporgente sopra lo stesso, Una camera e' caldissima ed ha un condizionatore inadeguato con telecomando ingannevole ( inoltre quando si arriva il condizionatore e' spento e ci vogliono un paio d'ore per un modesto refrigerio..... ); i telecomandi dei televisori non funzionavano in ambedue le camere, ed ho dovuto scendere a chiamare il portiere perche' li efficentasse..... ; il pavimento in doghe di rimesso e' vetusto e le doghe sono sconnesse . Inoltre nello ingresso alla camere ci sono due armadi che hanno delle quadrette in acciaio taglienti sporgenti (che, con dei lucchetti hanno funzione di serrature per le ante.... sich! ) che potrebbero facilmente provocare ferite a chi deve passare visto lo spazio del passaggio molto stretto. ( v. foto allegate...).
Infine il locale delle colazioni e quello del buffet sono distanti tra loro e bisogna passare danti alla reception con i piatti in mano , piatti peraltro minimali che contegono a malapena un pacchetto di kreker.... quindi bisogna far piu' viaggi per mangiare qualcosa....inoltre non c'e tostapane per scaldare il pane o la focaccia....mi fermo qui ma forse ho dimenticato qualcosa........

It was very nice!
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, a nice selection and quantity. Rooms and common areas were extremely clean!!! Staff were VERY kind, and nice.

Cons:

The internet in my room did not work, But did in the lobby area. They did say they have an appointment next week to address this issue.
