La ubicación del hotel es muy linda, la playa es oleada pero el agua es espectacular. El comedor tiene vista hacia la playa y la zona de piscinas y las actividades se encuentran todas concentradas en este mismo sector, por lo cual el área de las habitaciones queda más privada y silenciosa. Todas las instalaciones son muy lindas y cuidadas. En la noche, junto con la iluminación y musicalización se genera una ambiente muy lindo. La limpieza de todo el hotel es impecable. Las comidas son ricas. Además cuentan con actividades para los niños.
Los tragos no eran muy elaborados, en especial en la zona de la playa. El trato de algunos integrantes del personal no era el mejor.
Deberían armar las sillas y sombrillas de la playa un poco más temprano.

O hotel é maravilhoso. A comida é gostosa e variada, há pizza e hamburguer para quem quer variar, atividade o dia todo com funcionários muito animados.
O mar estava um pouco bravo na frente, mas bem perto está uma piscina natural cheia de peixinhos que atende bem as crianças.
É tão bom que não dá vontade de ir embora.

Food was excellent (breakfast, lunch and dinner), probably the best in terms of quality, compared to other all-inclusive hotels I have stayed in. The disserts were excellent and with many options, including an ice-cream shop. Regarding drinks, top quality beers were available everywhere which was very good. Cocktails were ok. Pool area was very nice with good vibe. I think the area for toddlers and kids was very good as well although I did not experience it myself. The playroom for kids with arcade machines was very good. The sofas and beds looking to the sea are very nice, very enjoyable for the late afternoon and nights, and an added value to the hotel.
The room was ok but with few things to improve. Our room was next to the basket court so sometimes it was a bit noisy, when the kids were playing there late at night. Also, the sink in the bathroom was not working properly.
Other than that, I think the hotel is lacking of things to do for teenagers or adults. The playroom with arcade machines and play stations is great but for adults it would be nice to have a play room/bar with a pool table or ping pong table etc…
O lugar é lindo e funcional (tudo é perto lá dentro). Os funcionários muito educados, tem recreação o dia todo pra todos os hóspedes. A comida é deliciosa e tem todo tipo de bebida. Simplesmente maravilhoso 😍
Acho que varal de chão seria mais interessante que varal no banheiro, mas já me ganhou, pois, normalmente, não tem nenhum tipo de varal nos hotéis.

A zona da piscina e espreguiçadeiras. Não havia espreguiçadeiras com guarda-sol.

Chope estava sempre quente. Ar condicionado com problemas frequentes.
Único problema foi o banheiro da acomodação, todo dia o vaso sanitário tinha problema com entupimento. E todo dia davam manutenção e nao resolveram
