Termal otelde konakliyorsunuz ancak masaj vs gibi hicbir ozellikten ucreti karsiliginda bile faydalanamiyorsunuz.Cunku disaridan gelip konaklamayan musteriyede acik ve randevu sistemi ile calismaktalar ve kapasiteleri yetersiz.

Güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık, otelin yeri kaplıca bölgesinde olduğu için merkeze biraz uzak olmakla beraber, otelin önünden geçen dolmuşlarla her yere ulaşmak mümkündü.

Evet 320 no şu odada kaldım. Duş almak istiyorsunuz, duşun ahizesinin bozuk çalışmadığını, bir şekilde yıkanıp gider kısmının da tıkalı olduğunu, doğru dürüst bakım ve kontrol yapılmadığını görüyorsunuz.

Hotels com dan rezervasyon yaptim ve odemeyi tamamladim. Hotele vardigumda rezervasyon goremedik dediler telefonumdaki voucheri gostermeme ragmen kapidan donmek zorunda kaldik. Resepsiyon memurunun bu davranisi cok uzucu ve acemiceydi.ayni gun hotelden arandim ve bur sonraki geceyi hotelde gecelememi teklif ettiler. Kabul edip gittim. Keşsinlikle vermiş olduğumuz ücretin yanında vasat bir otel, oda tam bir rezaletti alçıpan ile kapatılmış oda duvarı yan oda ile şeffaf bir ortam sağlıyor böyle bir şey görmedim daha önce , kapımızın önüne bırakılmış kirli yemek tepsisi 2 gün boyunca kapımızda durdu zaten 2 gün konakladık, termal otel adı ama ortak termal kullanımı yok, odalarda termal su yok, aile odası altında saati 70 TL ye termal su kullanırılıyor. Termal otel beklentiniz varsa asla tavsiye etmem.

Hotel is distant from town center
Pros:

The hotel staff were totally unable to speak English in the restaurant, and made no effort to find someone who could speak English. As a result it took 2 hours for a very simple dinner order to be completed. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel
