Enchanted stay.
Pros:

The place is beautiful, the kids felt like we were staying at Disney castle. The food was lovely, the staff so kind and welcoming. The hammocks were fun. We didn’t try the pool but looked nice.

Cons:

I found the bed just too hard and struggled to sleep. The kids slept like a dream.

on nous demande de suite de remplir une fiche avec le choix des plats pour le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner du lendemain

reaps du soir, on prend la commande, on attend 10 minutes l'apéritif, et à peine celui ci arrivé on nous demande si on est prêts pour les entrées
ben non, on va peut être boire l'apéritif avant non ?
repas correct et bien venu car paumés dans la campagne, mais pas waow loin de là
service approximatif, une école de service hotelier serait bien venue, etchebest, si tu nous lit
petit déjeuner tout ce qui est demandé est là, mais façon buffet covid, sans magie

il suffirait de faire un effort pour rendre le séjour sympa, un service en salle compétent ce qui n'est pas le cas, un feu de cheminée dans la cheminée éteinte malgré le froid environnant, les autres tables au repas du soir se marraient devant l'incompétence du " serveur "

Chateau magnifique et restaurant parfait. Mes notes sont à propos de l'annexe.
Pros:

Authentique et apaisant, un vrai moment de recul. Restaurant savoureux et de qualité.

Cons:

Nous avons un chien et avons été relégués dans l'annexe. C'est une ancienne longère à l'écart, mais toute tordue, craquante et rustique. En fait rien à voir avec le chateau.

Zeer goed ontbijt, kader is prachtig, maar ongezellig. Aangeboden diner s avonds bestond uit een keuze menu met voor-, hoofd-, en nagerecht voor 42€ of 2 plats voor 35€ en van elke plat kon je kiezen uit 2 mogelijkheden. …

Cons:

De badkamer, is oud modisch en te donker. Aangeboden diner ‘s avonds werd pas tegen de middag op de dag van aankomst door gemaild met de vraag op voorhand je keuzes door te geven, hetgeen als reizende op dat moment niet evident is. Keuze bestond uit 2 plats per gang en kwaliteit was ok, maar niet top.

Fairly charming, quiet and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Quiet and relaxed vibe. Pleasant breakfast. Would certainly recommend as a stop off.

Cons:

Our room (one of the studios separate to the main hotel) had a musty smell, that might bother some people - we got used to it fairly quickly. Our room was also connected (via a locked door) to the next door toilet - so we could hear other guests using the bathroom (I placed a rolled towel at the base of the door). It is relatively basic, but functional - just don’t expect the same kind of 4* experience that you would get in an urban setting.
