Very Family friendly with 3 guarded pools, top Service and great food at good price.
Pros:

Very Family friendly hotel with guests from all over Europe. The Service was absolutely amazing and the prices at the Restaurant very good and very child friendly. We totally recommend!

Be aware that the 'party mile' of Ballermann ist Not too far away.

Poor service and facilities

Booked 4 nights but left after 2 due to poor service.

Arrived at 12:00 and was repeatedly asked to come back (14:00, then 15:00). At 14:50, I reported a smoking issue, but it was ignored — no action, no follow-up, no apology.

The reception staff was consistently unfriendly and unprofessional. This made us uncomfortable enough to shorten our stay.

It was especially disappointing that the hotel later provided an inaccurate version of events.

No apology was ever offered, even at check-out.
