Good location, 1 bed apartment stay was too small for 2 adults & 2 children
Pros:

The location was good. Pool facilities good, indoor pool was an added bonus although very cold.

Cons:

The apartment was very small. Breakfast was fine, but i found a paper clip in the jar of walnuts at breakfast, i handed it to the girl who was greeting guests and she just took it from me, no apology or acknowledgment at all.

GEWELDIG
Pros:

Ons viel op dat het personeel erg aardig was. De kamers waren prima met prima bedden. Het was super fijn dat er een keuken met ruime koelkast in de kamer aanwezig was. En elke kamer heeft een heerlijk balkon.

Cons:

Omdat wij twee kamers hadden konden we ze best wel goed vergelijken, hierin viel ons op dat er niet in elke kamer even goed schoon gemaakt werd. Of dat je nou wel of niet je bordje aan de deur had hangen.. Soms negeerden ze het gewoon en liepen ze zomaar de kamer binnen 2 sec nadat ze aaangebeld hadden.

Vacances magnifiques même si souvent je savais pas si j’étais en Espagne ou en Allemagne :-)
Pros:

L’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, les animations proposées

Cons:

DORMIR SUR LE CANAPÉ : le canapé du salon qui se déplie pour en faire un lit, nous étions 3 personnes : ma fille, son amie et moi-même, c’est moi qui ai dormi sur le canapé.
La PORTE DE L’ARMOIRE DE LA CUISINE qui a failli me tomber dessus en l’ouvrant : la charnière de la porte était cassée (la femme de ménage a fait une photo).
LE FRiGO : les 2 supports de la porte du frigo (où l’on range des bouteilles et autres) qui sont cassés : on ne peut rien mettre car ça ne tient pas. Je les ai mis dans l’armoire de la cuisine, celle citée plus haut dans le texte.
LES USTENSILES DE LA CUISINE : il y avait peu de choses pour cuisiner, j’ai d’ailleurs laissé l’éplucheur à légumes que j’ai acheté.

Es war sehr toll und wir würden, wenn die Betten ausgetauscht werden nochmals kommen.

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah an den Hotspots
Pros:

Trotz der Nähe zum Ballermann war es ruhig. Wenn wir feiern gehen wollten, waren wir super fix an den Hotspots, aber auch einem ruhigen Pooltag sprach nichts entgegen.

Cons:

Das Bett war durchgelegen und nicht sehr bequem.
