Viel Glück beim buchen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt davor. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten, die Pool Ebene ganz okay.
Die Frau an der Eierstation beim Frühstück war sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist immer voll und laut. Schlimm war das nicht freundliche Personal , das kurz nach 10:00 die Tische abgeräumt hat, obwohl man noch nicht fertig war.
Die Sauna muss man vorher buchen und extra bezahlen, die Handtücher am Pool auch.
Selbst die Kofferwaage an der Rezeption muss mit Münzen gefüttert werden.

Perfekte Lage! Schönes Hotel mit Pool. Bushaltestelle gleich vor dem Hotel.
Pros:

Wir hatten zu viert ein sehr schönes grosses Zimmer mit Balkon. Zu erwähnen , dass das Bad ein Fenster hatte.
Bequemes Bett. Kleine gut ausgestattete Küche.
Wir hatten kein Frühstück im Voraus gebucht, war aber kein Problem, dies vor Ort spontan zu konsumieren. Preis/ Leistung sehr gut! Hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Schöner Pool! Bushaltestelle gleich vor dem Hotel. Schöner Strand 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war für die Anzahl Gäste etwas knapp berechnet. Wir mussten draussen essen, war in dieser Jahreszeit (anfangs April) eher etwas kühl.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut, die Kinder fanden den beheizten Indoorpool super. Schöne sonnige Poolterasse.
Lage perfekt, in der Nähe zum Flughafen, Bus nach Palma direkt vor der Tür, nah zum Strand und noch weit genug entfernt von der Partymeile.

Cons:

Das Familienappartment und eigentlich die ganze Anlage ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Zimmer wie beschrieben, die Lage war sehr gut und auch das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Cons:

Am Essen bzw Buffet gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Hier war oft das Essen kalt bzw. War die Auswahl doch sehr gering.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and really big. The rooms are spacious, well equiped and quiet, very good for families. We could check-in a bit earlier and that’s really nice. Breakfast is also really good, with a lot of options including natural juices and good coffee.

Cons:

Overall we recommend it but we had issues with some people from the staff. Our A/C wasn’t working and it was really cold and humid & we were with 2 babies. It was the day the hotel was opening so we understand that they were still getting things ready, however we asked if we could change rooms and the person that works in the reception during the afteroon was really rude and said “we were asking for too much” & only offered us duvets… mind you the hotel wasn’t full as it was in March. The next day the woman working in reception in the morning came to the room and apologized and they changed us and offered a compensation( she was really nice and we are very thankful for that 🥹).
Apart from that, we were a group of spanish people from the neighbouring island, it is a bit sad that everything was labelled in german first and they were talking to us in German all the time, I don’t like feeling like a foreign person in my own region 😢
