Staff were not friendly
Rooms were too hot
The fan in the room was not working properly
Windows weren't opening fully
The girl working behind the bar was helpful gave us ideas of where to eat the beer garden was nice and shaded.
The room didn’t look anything like the pictures the bathroom was dated and not very clean especially the shower curtain. The window hardly opened ,so wasn’t ideal in a heatwave, there’s no air conditioning or even a mini fridge to keep water cool and the fan in the room was doing nothing, one double plug socket to use in the whole room for two people and the fan was plugged in one of the sockets. To be fair overall I was so disappointed considering this is listed as a three star.
However there’s good transport links for exploring and the man in the Londis/petrol station next door was lovely.
Location.
No AC, Poor toilets, staff needs training. Only Mr Ahmed at front office is trying to help everyone. Very old furniture with bad smell.
£150 for a shit basic room, no air-conditioning, DIY decoration, generally worth £30 per night
Everything
Good location for Wembley.
Bathroom was very tired and lots of obvious repairs. Carpet in bedroom thin and stained.
Feedback given directly to proprietor whilst there.

Nothing
Blood on the bed sheets and rude old woman didn’t help at the desk
Friendly staff
There was a big red stain on the floor in our room which was quite off putting
Location for concert venue is excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very good links into central London.
Breakfast was far too simple. It was however tasty. Items listed on the menu were apparently not available. Just small things, but important never the less.
Really clean and comfortable hotel. Basic but exactly what we needed for our stay. Staff were wonderfully friendly and everything was super easy! Parking is a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
