Pros:

Staff were very helpful. After going back home we realised that out car had been hit by someone who just left. We suspect that this may have been done at the hotel car park as we noticed it after going home following our stay at the hotel. I reported it to the police who, in my surprise said that they were not prepared to deal with such an incident due to limited capacity!. The manager went out of his way to check the footage himself even though he didn't really have to. He had to check more than 9 hours of footage to help us identify who had hit our car. Even though it turns out the incident did not occur at their car park the fact that they tried to help us shows what great people they are!! Thank you

Cons:

Pillows we're not to our liking ( thickness and firmness) but nothing to moan about at all. Just a small detail.

Cons:

Room was clean but dated. Old fashioned bathroom curtains and beds. Food in the restaurant was below average . Breakfast was better but nothing outstanding
