Wonderful stay - great value for money.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, value for money, lovely toiletries, warm shower, fans provided, safe parking. Good choice for breakfast - good coffee! Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. There is a lift!

Cons:

Accessing the hotel off the A40 was a little challenging but wasn't really an issue.

Good location of Wembley
Pros:

Location to Wembley was fab.

Cons:

On one of the hottest weekends there was no air conditioning (my error for not checking before booking) but there was no fans in the rooms. Air conditioning vents were there but no facilities to make it work. The woman assistant at breakfast was super rude! And look like she really didn’t want to be in the hospitality industry.

We've stayed here several times and not had any issues, this time however very disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast is always good here.

Cons:

The room was on the front of the hotel and quite noisy. The room had a musty, stale smoke smell (supposed to be none smoking!!) I also had to rinse out the bath before I could use it. Bathroom on the whole looked very dated.
Woman on reception was more interested in telling us we'd need to pay for parking in future and that it was under new management instead of welcoming us to the hotel. The previous manager, a lovely Scottish guy, Andrew, was very helpful and was always available to help

Pros:

We've stayed here before and I just say the staff have always been excellent. We were able to park in the morning before check in and there is an underground stop 5 minutes walk away.

Cons:

Ants in the bathroom, no plugs by the beds, no Aircon, all in all a little shabby in need of updating.

Good value for money and handy location
Pros:

Liked the gated parking so it felt safe with my van. Had seen some complaints about decor online but other than maybe a skirting board needing a coat of paint, I thought that it was perfectly acceptable. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was good value for money.

Cons:

Wifi kept dropping in and out but it was a small annoyance rather than anything of magnitude.

Pros:

Massive rooms, nice there was a bar and restaurant downstairs, close enough to Wembley stadium without paying mega prices. We did book with very little notice as our original accommodation let us down, so they did save the day.

Cons:

Was a very hot day, we had 3 rooms booked, only one room had a fan. Had to request an anti slip mat for the shower, unsure why one wasn’t provided naturally as they are not expensive. Some suspicious stains on the sofa chairs. Bar staff were a little slow however they were new.
