Bed was comfy breakfast was good location was ok

Cons:

Are rooms we're not ready when we arrived this was after check in time stated
2 rooms were booked only one was allocated to us so we all had to get ready in 1 room

Overnight stay for Heathrow collection.
Pros:

Good location, easy to find, nice comfy rooms, friendly staff, decent pub and food. Had an evening meal and breakfast, both very good, Free on road parking at weekends after 6pm Friday, otherwise onsite carparking for £10 a day. Seems a good location with tube links to London and half an hour from Heathrow.

Don’t get the breakfast
Pros:

Clean, good value

Cons:

We paid £10 per person for the breakfast buffet for three of us. When we arrived, the buffet was empty, and although staff said they would refill it, we waited a considerable time with nothing brought out.
