The hotel is just next door to Panakkukang Mall - so convenient. Speaking about convenience, Alfa Mart is just outside of the hotel. Easy to get Grab too. If you need to do Jumaat prayer, that too is just next door. Oh, the staff are ever so polite. There's a car park facility at the ground floor.

C’était sale, les draps étaient tachés il y’avait des taches d’humidité au plafond, et dans la salle de bain. On aurait dit que des personnes avaient déjà dormis dans les draps, il y avait une odeur … bon pour une nuit et encore. J’ai demandé une autre chambre a la réception ils m’ont donné une autre carte mais c’était pire alors on a gardé la première
The location is very good, and the staff is helpful when I checked out
I was waiting for the key for about 1 hours after checked in since I moved to the another room due to the previous room they were given to me having a terrible smell. I guess its a smoking room or something, but I requested to move to the another room and I have to wait for the key for that long.

I purchased the room based mostly on price, but also proximity to the airport.
The room is small. I bought it for a friend traveling from a remote location. He said the room was not so clean. The properly literally NEVER responded to any messages from me written in English. In local language, they responded quickly. I will cancel the reservation for his return, and will not stay again.

Walls and floors of the room and bathroom so dirty, its like never been cleaned for long. Linen / bed sheet, pillow sheet and towel looks dirty. Need to renewal all the linens and change the bed as well.

A night at amaris hotel makassar. All hotel crew member, include security guard, shows warm hospitality. I choose to stay here because suit for bussines and family. 2 star hotel with good service in centre Makassar City.
The breakfast is good, for start the new day. Including hot tea or cup of coffee.
The room next door very very noisy at midnight, I cannot sleep and there was no warning at all from the hotel clerk.

Budget hôtel that have great location coz just beside of big shopping centre Mall Panakkukang, near from café and resto. Just walk when you want to go to mall or take your lunch or dinner. Friendly staff and rooms are clean. Even not many choice of breakfast but over all is good.
