Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast with wide variety of fruits and different food options that they made fresh to order. The room was spacious and the location was perfect.

Hidden gem in the centre of hustle and bustle
Pros:

Its a cosy hotel with colonial vibes but quite spacious. I had the room with the balcony was was cool to just people watch. Its very central to everything, atm and laundromat nearby and lots of food options. The manager Linda was very helpful and kind, even when I complained about a situation that I practically blamed her for (wasn't her fault), Linda called me straight away to sort out. SORRY again Linda! Your boss is very lucky to have you as the house manager.

Cons:

Just a bit of a smell in the toilet when we first got to the room, probably due to it being hot and also as toilet paper in vietnam goes into the bin. Suggestion would be to spray the bin with antibacterial spray for extra hygiene.

Lovely Hotel in old town.
Pros:

Central to old Hanoi but in a slightly quieter street than some others. Close (5 mins) to beautiful lake. Lovely room with balcony and a lovely breakfast too.

Cons:

Bed a little firm but still slept well!

Останавливались на одну ночь,нам все понравилось,начиная от встречи на ресепшн,очень доброжелательный персонал,большой ,чистый номер,хороший WI FI, хороший завтрак,с горячим блюдом на выбор,что удобно можно выбрать вьетнамское или европейское блюдо

L’hotel est tres bien situé et le personnel tres gentil. La chambre est spacieuse

Cons:

La première nuit nous avons eu une chambre qui ne correspondait pas a ce qu’on avait réservé.. chambre avec une fenêtre qui donne sur le hall d'entrée.. fenêtre intérieure. Après réclamation nous avons eu pour la deuxième nuit une chambre avec une petite fenêtre qui donne sur la ville et l’hotel en compensation ne nous a pas fait payer le transfert a l'aéroport pour 5 personnes..

Super hôtel en plein coeur du vieux quartier
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé au coeur du vieux quartier. Chambres agréables et spacieuses. Personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable. Petit dej ok, mais pas le mieux que l'on ait vu pendant notre séjour.

Cons:

L'hôtel peut être un peu bruyant. Nous n'en avons pas souffert, mais ce peut être gênant pour les personnes sensibles au bruit.
