Pros:

Great location
Friendly staff
Decent room

Cons:

There was no window in the room. Instead there was like a small rectangular glass, where half of it was missing and there was no way to close it.

Other than that, everything else was a decent experience.

Pros:

The room is clean , friendly stuff the Laydes who working in the reception Linda , Lisa and the man Tony were very friendly and helpful.

Great but check the fine-print
Pros:

Great location, good-sized comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Not transparent in the booking information about fees and also seeming to try to overcharge (fee to pay by card was 8%, booked transfer and didnt get vehicle that we paid for).

The room was too small for a family of 4. Two weeks prior we got a suitable room at the same place, so I guess it was common sense to give the same room or something similar of size

Great accommodation but felt a bit scammed
Pros:

The location was great and accessible to everything. Breakfast was fantastic and rooms were clean and had all amenities needed.

Cons:

This would have been a 10/10 star review apart from some petty cash-grab things that occurred. I asked for an upgrade whilst there (to get a balcony) and was charged 500,000/night (which was correct and no issue). My 'upgrade', however, was from a triple room to a double room - so they actually made money off me. I raised my concerns and asked to go back to the triple (there were 3 of us) but they had rented that room. They offered me half the upgrade price in return - so still maintained the scam to get a profit. Another issue was the 8% charge on credit card fees (the most anywhere else in Vietnam is 4%). We also paid for a luxury limousine transfer to Halong Bay and got the standard. Small things but they really tarnished our opinion of the hotel.

L'emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville mais au calme. Terrasse agréable. Belle chambre confortable.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé une confirmation de nos nuitées et de l'acheminement depuis l'aéroport.

Très bon hôtel dans le vieux quartier
Pros:

Cet hôtel est bien placé au coeur du vieux quartier et la chambre silencieuse malgré le bruit à l'extérieur. Nous avons bénéficié d'une forte reduction car réservé peu de temps avant notre arrivée. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain très correcte avec tout le nécessaire. Malgré une erreur d'attribution de la chambre puisque nous avions réservé une chambre avec fenêtre et l'on nous en a donné une sans, on nous a surclassées sans augmentation du prix, le personnel a été réactif.

Cons:

L'humidité sur le mur, cachée derrière les têtes de lit. A part ça RAS.

Уютный старый город
Pros:

Уютный небольшой отель в старом городе. На тихой улице. Всё рядом, озеро и кукольный театр на воде недалеко. Завтрак вкусный, с фруктами и знаменитым супом фо, разнообразный. Была одну ночь, но успела составить приятное для себя впечатление.
Отель предлагает комфортный трансфер в/из аэропорт. Мне понравилось.

El desayuno está muy bien y el baño para el nivel de Vietnam esta también muy bien

Llegamos a las 7am del aeropuerto y nos dijeron que volviéramos a la 1pm a hacer el check in hicimos mucho tiempo y al final llegamos a las 15 para darles mas tiempo. Al llegar nos dicen que la habitación no esta lista que los de antes se quedaron hasta las 14. No nos lo podían decir antes?? El personal fue desagradable y las instalaciones muy normalitas por el precio, había sitios al mismo precio de mejor calidad

Lovely spot, busy city
Pros:

This hotel is in a handy spot in the very busy old quarter. Little to no noise came through on our third floor room with balcony which we were happy about! Good breakfast or fruit and 'choose from the menu' in the morning and the staff were always friendly and helpful and so understanding when a little extra was needed! Always someone at the front desk willing to help or chat about your day. Lovely spot in a busy location.

Cons:

Grab cars find it a bit tricky to get through the crowds so can take longer than you think to arrive.
