موظفة الاستقبال كانت غير مرحبه و تريد ان تعطيني غرفه للمدخنين و سرير منفصل بالرغم انني مع زوجتي ، تقولي لايوجد غرف لأنك حاجز من booking ، عندنا غضبت و تحدثت معها بسوء تقول لي انتظر ممكن نجد غرفه انتظرت خمس او عشر دقائق وبعدها قالت الغرفه جاهزه ، اخذت المفتاح ولم تشرح لي اركان الفندق و كانت صامته ولم ترحب ، تعامل سيئ و هذه اخر مره اسكن فيها الفندق

e stayed at Crowne Plaza Business Park on our wedding day, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful, spacious, and immaculate—ideal for relaxing after such a special day. The surprise congratulations cake was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly celebrated.

Cons:

The only downside was that we weren’t allowed to take a few quick wedding photos outside the room, which would have made the day even more special. Otherwise, an excellent stay and great service.

Cons:

. Room looks so ordinary, like it’s a 4-star hotel. Not what we expected in a 5-star hotel from an established, well-known hotel chain like IHG.
.The furnitures are showing signs of wear. Even the carpet in the hallway looks old.
•Taking shower in a bathtub in my opinion is not so safe, esp getting out from the bathtub. It’s slippery
and one must be very careful. I really don’t feel comfortable taking showers during my stay.
