good comfortable stay
Pros:

the rooms were clean and the location is great. staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

we had requested for an extra bed as we were three adults and even though I had out the request through booking.com and even called a day before it was not ready. we were checking in past mid night after an event and had to wait for it to be organised.

also the towel change and refilling coffee/tea bags etc the second day was not done. Had to call room service a couple of times.

small attention to detail by housekeeping needs to be looked into.

Pros:

The breakfast staff were really friendly

Cons:

The cleaning service was too slow and i saw only one cleaning trolley on my floor. It took 5 hours to get my room clean
