The room is spacious, the breakfast have many variations, the staffs are nice and helpful.. it connects with Pollux Mall too.. and located in the heart area of Semarang. Nice place!

I have been staying at this hotel, bi annually for the last 8 years.
They employe the most amazing people, the service is brilliant. (Special shout to Hasna on reception and Adi in 1 of the few restaurants that the hotel has on site)
The staff are always smiling and go above and beyond to offer you the most comfortable stay you will ever experience.
Coupled with the amazing staff and great facilities, this hotel also offers very good value for money.
Seriously, if you are lucky enough to visit Semarang, this hotel is a must.
Most of the hotels are connected to shopping malls, the PO is located on the same site as the paragon mall. One of the better malls.

The location is perfect and very convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
However, I was given a room with a clogged toilet. Although maintenance fixed it, the same issue happened again the next day. This is unacceptable.
Rooms should be properly checked before being given to guests.
Good experience and excellent services
The hotel is absolutely stunning. We had 2 suites and they were both spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive, very gracious, and the hotel is walking distance from the Old City. To make it even more convenient there is a huge mall attached to the hotel.
