It was once a very good 4-5 Star hotel. Now 4
I booked the 2 rooms Suites. The floor was slippery, I don't know how the staff was cleaning it yet the floor is slippery and you can see the dirt is sticking to your feet. The hot water was unavailable and the manager justified the situation by claiming that their standard is 35 Celsius degree (a bogus claim when human body temperature is 36 degree and 35 degree will not feel warm at all) while the shower water tap clearly shows it should be 40 degree. There is no solution on hot water, the staff delivered the hot water in two buckets around 10.00 PM so I can only started bathing at 10.30 pm. The next morning, the hot water was still not available, where the children had to take cold shower in the morning. The technician came around 9.00 am to do something and after finished they told me to wait for half hour to ensure that the hot water will be available. I waited for 1 hour and it turned out, there was no water at all. After complaining, the staff said they will 'divert' (???) the water to my room and the water started to flow, but still it was still a lukewarm one. In the middle of bathing, I startled that the water was actually with mud and I had been bathing with one. It was clearly that the water pump and installation was not working. I decided to check out and not continuing staying there a d requested the refund for the second night. The process of the same was long and I continuedly requested them to make it fast because I need to take my children to lunch and I can only leave at 02.00 pm. In the end, the service and management action were so bad, they only doing the lip service in saying sorry but doing nothing to take the really action or find the right solution. Definitely will never stay in this hotel again.
This hotel is very nice and conveniently located in the city center. It is right next to a shopping mall, which makes everything very accessible. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed having a bathtub. The breakfast options were not very extensive, but the food tasted good and was satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfort.

Muss Zimmer wechseln da erste zimmer zu heiß war. Sobald die Sonne scheint die ganze Fenster-front wie eine sehr große Heizung wirkt. Die Klimaanlage war machtlos dagegen. Das 2. Zimmer war besser, hat aber nicht wie gewünscht zwei getrennten Betten. Teppiche im Etagenfluren sehen alt und schmutzig aus.

The wifi signal inside the room was weak. Couldn't even make a video call without being near the corridor.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were helpfull and friendly, especially Heru and the staff on the 7th floor. My wife was having a cough and they immediately went away and come back with cough medicine. We loved the breakfast buffet, it offered many options for all tastes. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

PO hotel is the priority hotel options for me when i stay in Semarang, convenience, clean, warm hotel staff. It would still be the first option.
Good experience. Nice food. Calm environment. The i like that this hotel is just next to a mall thus if i need something urgently, it so much easier to go to the mall
