I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent experience coordinating a family event with a reserved room block.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent experience coordinating a family event with a reserved room block. Prior to arrival, I made several calls to confirm that all reservations were accurate. Despite this, I was contacted the day of check-in and informed that multiple reservations within our group had been mishandled. I went to the hotel in person to try to resolve the issues before guests arrived.

Unfortunately, the problems continued. When I attempted to check in later that day, I was told there was no room available for me. I was eventually assigned a room, only to find it was already occupied by another guest, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. After our stay, I also discovered that I was charged for a room that the hotel has been unable to account for or explain.

Overall, this experience reflected serious issues with reservation management, communication, and basic guest service. Given the level of disruption and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this property.

Pros:

Room and atmosphere is great. Level 4 of rooms the water for showers were not good. I had almost cold showers each day. Sounds like my friends on other floors was okay but a couple of us on 4th floor didnt have hot water.
Other than that really no complaints. Thank you

It was great other than the pool area safety.
Pros:

My room was very clean.

Cons:

Pool area had two space heaters sitting on the floor running less then 5 feet from the actual pool and a dehumidifier sitting next to the hot tub running on the floor. Very very hazardous.

No breakfast and loud dog….
Pros:

Nobody showed up to cook breakfast, had to take my kids and husband out and had to spend an unexpected $125. Dog barking on the fourth floor the entire two days we were there. Rooms were nice, bathrooms need remodeled as well, no sink in bathroom it’s as you come in the room instead…. not awesome brushing teeth and doing denture care in front of the whole family! Hair in the tub as well.

I had a pet having surgery and I live in a different town. The hotel let me check in at 9am so I had somewhere to be while waiting for the vet all day! The remote wasn't working and the GM promptly came and fixed it. Very friendly staff, incredibly clean and updated property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds! Will definitely be staying here anytime we are in Williston.

Misleading Room Listing and Unhelpful Staff

We specifically booked and paid for a 2-bedroom king suite, but what we were given was a single room with two double beds. The online listing was misleading and not accurate to what we received. When we brought this up to the front desk around 11 PM, the staff was not helpful and made no effort to resolve the issue or offer any alternatives. The beds were small and uncomfortable, and the room overall was not what we wanted or what we paid for. Very disappointing experience.

Will stay again
Pros:

Great location. We are local and needed a last minute venue for a pool party as another hotel canceled on us twice.
Friendly front desk and staff. They were in the middle of a remodel but that didnt bother us at all.
Pool was great, atmosphere was great. The room was very spacious. I liked the beds and pillows. No noise whatsoever except from my child. Only complaint on our stay is we couldn't get the TV to cast from our devices or use the Netflix or you tube on it. Other than that it was amazing. Will be even better once Pizza Ranch officially opens across the street!
Also like I said, we are local and needed a venue for a party. So this was nice to not only have the venue, a room and get to stay the night away from home like we were out of town was refreshing and the price was super affordable. Oh and the breakfast also had gluten free options.
