It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent!
Pros:

The landscaping was well taken care of. The hydrangea bushes in front were gorgeous!

Cons:

It was in the middle of remodeling. Also there were a few holes in the parking lot.

Excellent experience, though the price seemed a bit high. our family would stay again.
Pros:

Clean Spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, nice pool amd hot tub area, everything in working order. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There were jo towels in the pool and even though we hooked for 6 people, there were only 4 towels in the room. But the staff quickly supplied us with towels.

Best stay in 2 weeks
Pros:

The best hotel ive stayed at in 2 weeks on the road and the lady at the front desk , wow she needs a raise and her hospitality was amazing. You have a great staff clean rooms and nice and cold . If im ever here again I will definitely be here again thank you so much

Great home base to explore
Pros:

Excellent! Newly renovated. Great room, great breakfast. They even had soy and almond milk choices at breakfast. Juice machine was not working, but coffee machine was awesome (freshly ground for each cup!). Son forgot his deodorant… the front desk quickly provided a replacement.

The best OG IHG Hotels
Pros:

One of the best hotels in the Holiday Inn Express IHG Hotels chain. Always the friendliest staff, best rooms and cleanest hotel I stay in. Being a frequent guest I must I’m always pleased to work in Williston and stay at Holiday Inn Express Williston

Great stay!
Pros:

Everything was great! Zaria at the front desk was amazing through our whole stay! She is so nice and helpful! Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, loved that there was a washer on our floor for our use during the stay, pool was great too! Only thing we noticed is they are upgrading and it was nice and clean and did not disturb us but our room was already upgraded and baseboards were falling off the walls already and seems they painted the bathtub which was already peeling so just seems like time was not taken for the upgrades.

Hotel was being renovated and the renovations are great.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Walmart is right next door. Restaurants are close by. The front desk people were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

We were given a handicapped room, although we didn't request one. I do have arthritis, though, so noticed the toilet was extremely low with no bars close by to assist with getting up. The shower was easy to get into, but again, there was a bar to help get into the tub, but no bar on the wall in the tub. Perhaps there are renovations still taking place?? The room itself was spacious and modern.

Parts of the hotel were under construction, which made things less assessable. The pool area was also very dirty and had not been mopped or cleaned efficiently.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent experience coordinating a family event with a reserved room block. Prior to arrival, I made several calls to confirm that all reservations were accurate. Despite this, I was contacted the day of check-in and informed that multiple reservations within our group had been mishandled. I went to the hotel in person to try to resolve the issues before guests arrived.

Unfortunately, the problems continued. When I attempted to check in later that day, I was told there was no room available for me. I was eventually assigned a room, only to find it was already occupied by another guest, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. After our stay, I also discovered that I was charged for a room that the hotel has been unable to account for or explain.

Overall, this experience reflected serious issues with reservation management, communication, and basic guest service. Given the level of disruption and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this property.
