It was close to the train station had a cute little balcony

Cons:

There was no fridge! We found that very annoying. It was also quite noisy with the windows open, which we had to because there was no air conditioning, but they did leave you ear plugs

Pros:

일단 역에서 5분 거리라 거리가 최대 장점입니다. 엘리베이터도 좁긴 하지만 있긴 있고 침대도 푹신합니다.

Cons:

청소 서비스를 원하지 않는다고 했는데 외출한 사이에 청소를 해버렸어요. 청소 중에 변기솔을 변기에 놓은 채 청소를 마치고 가셔서 좀 당황스러웠고 바닥청소가 덜 된 거 같았어요.

Pros:

Alpina was under construction so we were upgraded to their sister hotel Monopol. It was diagonal opposite the train station.
Good size rooms. Friendly staff
The bar on rooftop has best views of Lucerne

great location - near to train terminal. Balcony.

Cons:

Ancient and small lift. Need to check in at another hotel next ot it. The shower room has a long, rectangular glass panel that allows you to see through from the bedroom.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Alpina Luzern war rundum gelungen. Der Check‑in verlief völlig reibungslos und der Rezeptionist war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet — genau das Richtige zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Luzern. Ich komme gern wieder und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Good option for me personally but very much depends on your neighbours…
Pros:

- Perfect location.
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Clean room; the design and amenities look modern.
- Coffee machine, electric kettle, tea, and coffee provided.
- Relatively good price for the location.
- A nice compliment in the form of Swiss water - great taste, by the way!

Cons:

- I had read other guests’ reviews and was concerned about the bar. In my case, I asked to be placed in a room away from the bar, and the hotel staff did that. So yes, I didn’t hear the bar - but I did hear a couple in the neighboring room who were talking until midnight and then woke up again around 6:30. And that was with earplugs in.
- The instructions sent by the staff via email / app about the “easy check-in” are a bit confusing. I tried to complete the check-in, but it’s impossible to do so without entering card details. I had already paid for my room, so I don’t understand why this is required. There should be an option like “already paid” or something similar. Also, almost all of my cards were declined.
- The bed is too short. I’m tall, but just normally tall - nothing unusual - so the bed could definitely be at least 10 cm longer and also a bit wider.
- The pillow was uncomfortable, but I managed by putting my sweater under it and building a little “construction” that worked for me.
- A room was modern, but the whole building inside was quite “tired”. But it’s not a disadvantage for me.

Comfortable and Central
Pros:

The comgortable hotel is very well located in the heart of Luzern, just a few minutes walk from the main station. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped for a sort visit.

Cons:

The hotel was accurately described and I cant think of anything which we did not like, other than the quaint lift

Pros:

Great central location right by train station, lake and old town. Room recently renovated, spacious, and comfortable. Nice view from balcony.

Cons:

Tiny elevator, and check in was in sister hotel, but only minor points.
