Świetna lokalizacja, fajny obiekt, bardzo miła obsługa

Cons:

Klimatyzacja w pokoju kiepsko chlodzila ale może było to spowodowane ekstremalnymi temperaturami na zewnątrz.

Viac sa nevrátime.
Pros:

Jedlo bolo veľmi dobré, taktiež reštaurácia je kvalitná, parky v okolí sú super, málo ľudí.

Cons:

Prístup recepcie, vybavenie izieb - neodporúčame ísť v lete - nefunguje klíma, ani cez víkend keď je svadba - svadobčania kričia do 04:00 do rána pod oknami a recepcii je to jedno. Pozor pri platení v inej mene ako v PLN - keď aj chcete zadať platbu v PLN obsluha Vám ju zadá v € nakoľko majú nevýhodný kurz. Potom povedia, že terminál je pokazený. Najhoršia bola svadba a nefunkčná klíma, to skazilo celý pobyt.

Pros:

Nice hotel with good breakfast.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was not working satisfactorily. After repeated complaints to the reception, the answer they received was that a technician would come to fix it. The technician never came.

Cons:

Usel service, noll respekt för hotellets gäster och compressor utanför fönstret kl. 6.50 på morgonen. Hotel mało zorientowany na potrzeby gości. Obsługa, choć w części uprzejma, wydaje się niedostatecznie przygotowana do rozwiązywania podstawowych sytuacji. Zaskakujące jest to, że woda butelkowana wystawiona w holu przy recepcji nie była dostępna dla gości hotelowych, ponieważ jak wyjaśniono, została przygotowana na konferencję następnego dnia - nie było to w żaden sposób oznaczone. W pokojach nie ma wody, nie ma też możliwości zakupu wody butelkowanej na terenie hotelu po godzinie 21.00 pozostaje jedynie woda z kranu.
Przy wysokich temperaturach, lokalizacji hotelu z dala od sklepów oraz restauracji czynnej tylko do godziny 21.00, jest to rozwiązanie zdecydowanie niekomfortowe i trudne do zaakceptowania. Standard obsługi i podstawowa dostępność dla gości wymagają wyraźnej poprawy. Po negatywnym komentarzu, zamiast próbować sytuację naprawić, traktują sytuację jako „do wyjaśnienia” przerzucając odpowiedzialność na gościa hotelowego. Brak kompetencji szczególnie u kadry zarządzającej hotelem.
