Avoid this hotel
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

The room was red hot with no way of cooling down plus I was under the beer garden so noise all night. Bath panel hanging off cobwebs everywhere. Forgot are meal and had to ask were it’s is and was hour before getting it. When we got up in morning we were locked in hotel and the number on the door didn’t work.

Clean comfortable, nice breakfast, fantastic staff, excellent value.
Pros:

Staff were outstanding. Friendly, welcoming, happy and helpful. The staff really do make this hotel. Very good value.

Wonderful overnight stay!
Pros:

My room was very comfortable and the location was perfect for me. I enjoyed the breakfast and I would certainly stay at The Angel again

breakfast and staff

Cons:

Very limited evening meal menu. No shampoo in bathroom only bodywash. No shelving in bathroom meaning all toiletry bags etc had to be put on the floor.
