It is definitely not 4 stars hotel.
Pros:

The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Check in and out with no problem. It efficient service. The staff is an asset to this hotel.
Location is very good. Walking distance to the pier and train station.
The rooms are tired and updated. Limited facilities. Cobwebs everything, dirty floor, towels with holes. The soap or toilet paper were left not replaced after previous customer. The corridors carpet dirty. The walls need some painting.
Breakfast cold. Fried eggs, sausages out for hours. Who eats cold eggs? The dinner food were not tasty. It was a good selection of food. Just very poor:not salty or too salty.
Overall experience poor. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Prima voor één nacht, maar niet aan te raden voor een langer verblijf

Het ontbijt was oké en de badkamer was lekker groot. Fijne locatie midden in het centrum van Colico en dichtbij het treinstation.

Cons:

Qua kwaliteit echt geen 4-sterren hotel, echt te duur voor wat je krijgt. Het was er erg gehorig, we konden praktisch meeluisteren met de gesprekken van de personen in de kamer naast ons en de mensen op de gang. Het interieur was behoorlijk gedateerd. De voegen van de douche mochten wel een keer schoongemaakt worden en het leek niet of er onder de bedden was schoongemaakt.

Trevlig personal på frukosten. Nära tågstation. Gott kaffe.

Cons:

Sopor kvar i soptunnan i badrummet. Det lät väldigt mycket från vägen i närheten. AC fungerade inte pga det inte var säsong för AC, slutet av maj.
