The staff were very welcoming and kind. Property was clean, but for some reason there were cockroaches in the room & bathroom and escalating this issue did not bring a resolution.

Room was not properly clean, with lot of noise

Dirty smelling. Dust layers above wall unit. Freezer frozen closed. No housekeeping fur days. Sheets had holes and rust marks on pillow cases. Showers spray all over. No kitchen utensils or items to utilize kitchen. I could only sleep one night out of 20 as my allergies would not allow. Hotel would NOT refund even though I asked after only a few days as I am totally UNSATISFIED with their accommodations. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Extremely unsatisfied. Hole in sheet. Pillow case rust stains. Bathroom showers awful. Freezer completely frosted over with ice. No items in kitchen to cook or eat with. Cigarette smoke embedded throughout even after they sprayed. Booked for 19 nights, could only sleep over night the first night. Finally had to leave after 3 nights. No satisfaction guaranteed and they would not refund anything so I'm out 19 nights I paid for. Stay away!!!

I checked into this hotel and left within an hour because the conditions were absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had mould, the bathtub was filthy, and the room smelled bad. The desk and furniture were stained and dirty, and the carpet was soiled and dusty. To make matters worse, I was only told about the loud noise from the nearby club after check-in. The sheets were stained, worn out, and had holes in them. I couldn’t even stay one night in such an unpleasant environment. Definitely not worth the money—avoid this place at all costs!

worst hotel you can ever stay at, please save yourselves a lot of stress. The pictures on the site are old. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone from the west, the bathroom was not clean and kept flooding the room terrible. The management don't care. There is a night club on the premises the music runs through the hotel till 2.00am every night, to top this off there is another club on the 4th floor of the hotel. The rooms are not secure. I will be reporting this hotel to the Qatari Government as it should not be allow to operate in this condition.

There is night club downstairs , arrived after midnight could hear boom sound of music from the room . Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Zero plates or cutlery zero milk or sugar to make simple cup of tea.

Beds are comfortable, morning was quiet and peaceful, apartment was quiet nice and roomy but not stocked with basic items you find in most apartment hotels

Staff at reception kept disagreeing with each other. We booked as a birthday celebration with 8 people to enjoy the roof top bar - there is no roof top bar apparently and another staff member said it's under construction.
Female at reception said she "meant to call me to confirm but didn't" - weird.
Birthday wasn't mentioned at all and the male member of staff was extremely rude, shouting and being so cheeky about a payment he hadn't received straight away. I informed him it was for a different room and I'd send my friend down right away yet he demanded he waited outside my door until she arrived. Very extreme and dramatic, a very horrible man who I'd never want working front of house in my hotel, he was the worst part about our stay and it's a joke he stands at reception to greet people. Took 1.5 hours to get a bottle of wine that cost us £60 and they said we were breaking the law by asking for alcohol before 9pm. As someone who has stayed in this county for over a year, I'm well aware hotels are selling alcohol all day/night and there website states they sell alcohol. Unsure why this was such an issue. Place was dirty, cigarette burns all over the table and a nightclub that opened at 10pm and we weren't allowed in - very odd. Just a disaster from the beginning, thankfully we went out and had a nice dinner in the city and eventually tried to find the funny side but overall a complete waste of money and we will never be back. Breakfast was included and when we ordered, nothing we ordered arrived and the food was not fresh, arriving with clingfilm over all the plates. Called to check as we hadn't ordered what they gave us and reception told me "that's all they had". it's 100% not a luxury hotel and CERTAINLY not 4 star - laughing as I write this as it's such a joke. I wouldn't even give it 1 star at this rate.

It was good but the property old and there are few things in room need to be fixed

Had an awesome stay, though its not 4star rated, however when there was any issues the Team at Ivory Inn ensured it was dealt with. Even Manager assisted in giving us a long stay discount. Mall, factories outlets was do close by. Bus stop and Metro stations nearby. Restaurants and take away so close. Very lovely experience witj my husband ❤️

One of the worst hotels in Qatar.
Very rude receptionist, impolite and far from profesionalism, after booking confirmed, and traveling more than 4 hours, reach the hôtel with my confirmation booking and PIN, rude receptionist told me that there is no Available rooms, without calling me, without even answering my calls on my to them... let me in the reception area and never care from where I came (tired, hungry thirsty) even my booking confirmation and pin code was shown to them.
This hotel don't care about his guests.
I advise you to never book there.

I am staying here right now and I don't understand why this hotel doesn't have any hot water for their guests. The water that comes out of the shower is not the type of temperature I would usually bathe in, we should have the option of hot water not just cold and luke warm. After I asked the reception to help me with the water a maintenance guy came and said he would turn the hot water on and that it would be hot in 20 minutes time but nothing happened and the hottest water I could get out of the tap or shower was luke warm.

The carpet is a bit worn out but apart from that the room I am staying in is fine and the bedding is nice and comfortable. The kitchenette is brilliant and the staff are nice.

I stayed 1 week in this hotel in Feb.19. Was clean and nice.
Bed was very comfortable and there was a kitchen in the apartment but no cutlery,cups dishes just small kettle and a cup.
There was a swimming pool on the roof and 3 sunbeds but 2 were broken. Hope they will change it coz it gives bad image for the hotel.
There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat near the hotel including very nice shopping center Mirqab Mall.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the running track at Al Arabi Sports Club. Its also close the McDonalds, Burger King and several other restaurants. There's a mall nearby with a movie theater as well. The room was comfortable - the bed was super comfy and linen felt amazing.

I felt the staff were "helpfully unhelpful". There were really friendly but not too helpful with many of my requests. In the bathroom, water kept leaking onto the floor despite me trying my best not to let this happen. Despite the website saying that there's tea and coffee facilities, I had no coffee, milk and teaspoons in my room. I was told that I'll have to pay for milk.

The room is spacious and clean with complete amenities. Totally you will feel relax inside the room, with a huge,comfortable bed. We are surprised, that we did not expect that room is big and nice. The price is very affordable, but the breakfast needs improvement , more choices of food please.The reception on duty was very kind and hospitable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here,

The Hotel room is spacious and very well equipped with modern technologies. Wifi is available across the Hotel and is comparatively good. In room tv system is also good. Overall a 5 star hotel stay experience.They serve breakfast in the room as well. Which is more convenient. Very good selections of breads.

It is located behind Jarir Bookstore. On the salwa road. The room is spacious and they have quality hotel amenities. They have valet Parking. Hotel staff and especially reception, housekeeping are very professional and respectable.
Also their breakfast is very delicious and they have good restaurant. Also one can enjoy coffee from their cafe opposite to the reception.

Hotel was overbooked, it was solved by giving us a fresh and disgusting sprayed room with air freshener. We couldn’t breathe for the first hour. In the morning they woke us up at the door. The customer service is bad! They don’t talk or anything.
Just don’t go here.

Convenient location in near C Ring road, Very near to TGIF and Macdonalds and some other fine-dining restaurants.
Junior suite room interiors were very good and spacious.
Loved the vibrant sofa colors.
Breakfast was a huge disappointment due to very limited options to choose from.
Room service also had only one main course option available during dinner.
Fair hotel for the money. Small things can be improved for better customer satisfaction.
