酒吧员工很好，前台一个员工和Spa 男员工都很有礼貌。

Erholsam mit Potential zur Steigerung
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt. Über den Hof kommt man direkt an die Strandpromenade. Ein toller privater Zugang. Die Pools sind zum Ausweichen perfekt, drinnen sowie draußen. Das Abendessen ist super, viel Abwechslung, es schmeckt und es gibt immer reichlich für alle, die Kellner sind wirklich aufmerksam und schnell. Die Zimmer sind okay, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Balkon wahr auch perfekt. Man kann auch im Hotel was unternehmen, wie Bowlen oder was an der Bar trinken, es gibt ein Fitness- und Spieleraum. Das Hotel ist groß, aklimatisiert, ein Parkplatz steht auch zur Verfügung, natürlich gegen Gebühr. Für unsere 8 Nächte war es erholsam.

Cons:

Die Reingungskräfte müssen wirklich noch was drauf legen. Ob im Zimmer oder im Gastraum überall liegt Staub und die Wände sind sehr beschmiert. Auch wurden bei uns kein Toilettenpapier oder Handtücher nachgelegt. Das ganze Hotel könnte wirklich gründlicher geputzt werden. Auch die Aussenfassade bröckelt, das ist kein schöner Anblick und man sollte die erneuern.
Beim Frühstück fehlt mir eindeutig die Abwechslung, es gibt immer das gleiche....gleiche Brötchen, gleiche Wurst, gleicher Käse, gleiche Marmelade...usw...
Das fand ich wirklich schade...Man freut sich irgendwann gar nicht mehr auf das Frühstück. Auch das man für den Kaffe am Automaten anstehen muss, wo dann nur eine halbe kleine Tasse befüllt wird ist wirklich mühsam. Kleine Kaffekännchen für jeden Tisch find ich da immer lukrativer.

Pros:

Der bewachte Parkplatz.

Cons:

Keine oder nur rudimentäre Englischkenntnisse des Personal. Schmutzige Poolbar. Geringes Verständnis für Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. Überteuerte Preise im Restaurant.

Viel Management, wenig Leistung, wir kommen nicht wieder
Pros:

Lage top, Kulanz für die fehlende Zimmerreinigung in Form von gratis Parken.

Cons:

Keine Zimmerreinigung! Es wurden die Betten nicht gemacht, nicht gestaubsaugt oder das Bad gewischt.
Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, die frischen Handtücher nur als Stapel aufs ungeputzte Waschbecken gelegt.
Nach dem ersten Tag haben wir das an der Rezeption gemeldet und als Entschuldigung zu hören bekommen, dass gerade viel los ist im Hotel.
Abfluss im Waschbecken war nahezu verstopft, offensichtlicher Wasserschaden im Badezimmer (Bodenfugen bröckelten heraus, Putz an der Wand löste sich ab. Sanierungsbedürftig).
Essen war grundsätzlich abwechslungsreich und gut (Hauptspeisen), Salatbuffet war leider täglich das Selbe. Service beim Essen etwas träge, teilweise mussten wir Teller am Tisch stapeln bis sie abgeräumt wurden.
Essen im PartON Bistro war geschmacklich gut aber vollkommen überteuert. Kleinste Portionen zu horrenden Preisen. Man fühlt sich einfach verarscht.
Es wird versucht Geld zu machen, es gibt viel Management und wenige Leute die dort tatsächlich arbeiten.

Pros:

Docela slušný welnes a velikost pokoje, ale vzhledem k ceně nic extra.

Cons:

Hotel je takový "vybydlený". Venkovní bazén je nafocený jako veliký a je to při tom velmi malé a vhledem k tomu, že Balaton má ve vzdálenosti 1km od břehu stále vodu i kolena, je dobrý bazén nutností a toto malé skoro brouzdaliště je opravdu nedostačující. Design hotelu taky takový divný a o okolí už raději ani nemluvím. Hotel je dost drahý a vůbec cena neodpovídá kvalitě. Určitě už bych nejela podruhé.

Goed hotel, mooi gelegen aan Balatonmeer.
Pros:

Mooi gelegen aan het Balatonmeer. Ruime kamers met goede bedden.

Cons:

Hotel is een beetje onpersoonlijk en groot. Wifi is zwak.

Pros:

A szállodának remek az elhelyezkedése. Rossz idő esetén -amit persze mi kifogtunk - jó kikapcsolódást nyújt a pici welness részleg. Imádtuk a teppidáriumot! Az apartman tágas és kényelmes. A teraszon fészkelő fecskék nagyon cukik voltak. Örültünk, hogy van olyan hotel ami védi őket és nem veri le a fészküket. A szálloda étterme kitűnő. Nem volt sokféle étel, de azok fantasztikusak.

Cons:

Borongósabb idő esetén, ha a kültéri medence hőfokát tudnák emelni az kellemes lenne, mert így bele sem lehetett menni olyan hideg volt.

We really enjoyed out stay. The indoor spa, swimming pools were excellent, comfortable room. We definitely will come back.

We would prefer if certain soft drinks, such as juices, and coffees would be included in the dinner meals.

Közel van a Balaton partjához

Cons:

A 3. emeleti szobákban hangyák voltak. És a gluténmentes étkezéshez ugyan biztosítottak pékárut, de nagyon rossz volt, inkább nem ettem.És a vacsoránál is sokszor csak egy féle husi és körét volt.. még a sültkrumplit sem sikerült GM-re csinálni.

Хороший дизайн. Много живых цветов. БАЛКОН. Выход к озеру. Массаж.

Cons:

Не сразу можно сориентироваться в переходах. Лабиринт. Напитки вечером не входили. Даже воду вечером надо было покупать.

The rooms were well-sized

Cons:

We only asked for the room to be serviced once during our 4-day stay and would have like the tea bags, the moisturizer and the water to be renewed and the furniture to be dusted. One evening, dinner was all dried out.
