All in all, great place to stay and I would recommend staying here.
Pros:

The entrance to the hotel was very nicely decorated and welcoming with a small and cosy waiting room at the desk. The reception was also very welcoming and great.
The bed was super soft and comfortable with everything we needed in the room. The proximity to ski areas, having a nice restaurant and family friends was also a bonus.

Cons:

The bathroom was nice, with a shower over the bath. I don't generally care about showers over baths, but the width of the shower area was really small and the shower itself not that great. Rather than a shower with drops, it was more a mist. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great. A large person would not have been able to shower in the glassed area and it would be very difficult not to get water all over the bathroom.

Pros:

This is a lovely family run hotel. The food was lovely. Room was comfortable and clean. Great spot from which to explore western Austria, Lichtenstein and eastern Switzerland.
