La ubicación está muy cerca del malecón. Las personas que atienden muy amables.
El buffet realmente le faltó diario fue huevo, chilaquiles no hubo tanta variedad, postres solo pan le falta un poco de variedad o que permitan ingresar con alimentos al área de la alberca. Por lo demás todo bien.

El hotel y las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas, la vista y la alberca 10/10. Desayuno excelente.
Se encuentra entre 2 grandes hoteles, y se escucha la maquinaría del los aires acondicionados todo el día. Es un zumbido fuerte las 24 horas y en algunas habitaciones es más perceptible que en otras. Se que no es tema del hotel Pero si llega a ser un poco incómodo.
El desayuno bueno a secas, y la ubicación era la acecuada para nosotros. Me encanta la terraza que tienen y la vista, que no hay tantisima gente en el hotel. Personal amable sobre todo Juan en el bar

En el desagüe de la regadera se queda el agua estancada, no funciona bien
la ubicación y que al ser un hotel pequeño no está saturado de gente
la caldera de la alberca estuvo apagada, y hubo fallas con el elevador y cerraduras de las habitaciones

The yogurt and fruit.
The rest of the food was usually lukewarm/cold even though it was in the heaters. Rubber eggs, cold potatoes, weiners not sausage, deli ham not bacon. Too much hot sauce and beans.
It was clean and staff were very nice.
Our room was right across from another large hotel’s hvac system. It was extremely loud with a high pitched sound. The water in the bathroom sink literally trickled out and sometimes the hot water didn’t even turn on. My husband went for a shower the first night and there was literally no water coming out of the hot water tap. The free breakfast is a great option, however, the eggs and potatoes were cold.
