The staff was very cooperative and humble. Breakfast was very delicious. The location is good.

Cons:

The facilities in the room, the Room size and the washroom were not up to the mark. It could have been more shiny with good facilities inside. Floor tiles, etc are in a bad shape in both the room and the washroom. Coat, bed, pillows, etc, were horrible. I didn't use the pillows due to their bad smell. The glass utensils, etc, inside the room can be maintained with better quality products; the utensils are not at all as per the KTDC standards, I felt. I stayed in different KTDC accommodations, so comparatively, this was bad. The lighting inside the room was very dull, dim and poor.

Pros:

Nothing was good. There was no staff to attend the customer. Every time we were forced to go down to get the things done. Phone was not working.
Food was good.

Cons:

Your phone was not working. Given only one towel for two people. The kettle was not there. The cleaning of the room was not up to the mark.

The location was great, room, amenities were good enough. Room service was also good.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the corridors and surroundings. Not maintained at all. It has not been cleaned for ages. Accumulated with left-over food wastes, other wastes, old clothes and furniture. Not a good sight.

Pros:

the staff were very friendly, communicative and helpful. Ashik from house keeping was the best.
facility for traveling from resort outside calling for autos was very helpful and friendly people.
overall enjoyed our stay.

food choices for vegetarians can be better..Limited choice..

Pros:

The location is good..nd the room is spacious. Enough parking space nd safe for family. Staffs are co operative.

Cons:

The property, being old.. has such a smell in the room. The telephone in the room was not connected and had to go down till reception for order or any enquiry. The staffs in the restaurant were taking much time to accept an order though only 4 tables were occupied at that time.
