Pros:

Colazione discreta bella la zona reception

Cons:

Le foto della junior suite erano completamente diverse, dovevano esserci 2 letti singoli king size invece il letto era matrimoniale e molto piccolo.
Avevo chiesto di poter posticipare un pò il check out e mi è stato detto di no.. in un 4 stelle superior mi aspetto disponibilità, organizzazione e accoglienza,
Ascensore fuori uso.

Découverte de palma en cinq jours
Pros:

La proximité de la plage sans être trop dans l’agitation. Proche de l’aéroport.
Et pas trop loin du centre-ville de palma

Cons:

Il est dommage que la piscine avec une forte canicule ferme à 20h. Il serait bien de prolonger l’ouverture du Rooftop jusque 22hou 23 heures car il est agréable d’être en terrasse pour déguster un apéritif ou même manger. Nous avons trouvé cela. Dommage

Albtraumhotel (!) – hier hasst das Personal seine Gäste.
Am Tag des Check-ins gab es in meinem Zimmer nur ein einziges kleines Handtuch. Alles im Zimmer war alt, und überall waren Flecken zu finden. Im Badezimmer gab es höchstwahrscheinlich Schimmel. Der Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer ging auf die Wand eines anderen Gebäudes, wodurch ich mich fühlte, als wäre ich im Gefängnis und nicht auf Mallorca.
Das Hotelpersonal ist nicht hilfsbereit und nicht einmal in der Lage, so einfache Probleme wie eine nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage zu lösen. Nachdem ich dieses Problem gemeldet und um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten hatte, erklärte mir ein unhöflicher Rezeptionist mit abwehrenden Handbewegungen, dass er sich „gerade mit einem anderen Problem beschäftigt“, drehte mir dann den Rücken zu und ging einfach weg.
Dies ist ein Albtraumhotel, in dem ein wütender Rezeptionist beim Check-in seine Stimme erhebt und den Befehl „Pass!“ bellt – niemals „bitte“.
Dies ist ein Albtraumhotel, in dem die Rezeptionsleiterin einen mit lauter und bestimmter Stimme zu sich ruft, wenn sie einem etwas mitteilen möchte, und dabei ihre Unzufriedenheit im Gesicht trägt wie eine boshafte Lehrerin in der Schule.
Die Rezeptionsleiterin führt dort offenbar ein Regime der Angst, denn ein Rezeptionist muss sie sogar mitten in der Nacht anrufen und um ihre Erlaubnis bitten, wenn man in ein voll funktionsfähiges Zimmer wechseln möchte.
Die Rezeptionsleiterin hat ihre Rolle eindeutig missverstanden und versteht nicht, dass sie für die Gäste da ist und nicht umgekehrt....

Cons:

...Mein Versuch, all diese Probleme dem Leiter der Reservierungsabteilung zu melden, endete erfolglos. Mir wurde gesagt, dass „sie eine Familie sind und dass man die Familie schützen muss“. Das sagt viel über die Kultur dieses Hotels aus.
Dies ist ein Albtraumhotel, in dem man keine Unannehmlichkeiten oder Probleme melden darf, weil der Direktor einen anschreit und sagt, man solle das Personal „nicht stören“ und dass dies „genau der Service sei, den er anbietet“ (dieses Gespräch habe ich aufgezeichnet).
Ich wundere mich nur, dass der Eigentümer des Hotels ein solches Verhalten akzeptiert. Offenbar ist das auch seine Vorstellung von Service.
Ich kann jedem nur dringend davon abraten, diesen schrecklichen Ort zu besuchen

A good option in a lovely resort I had not visited before - great for overnight stay - 10 mins by frequent bus to airpor

Top Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer (Suite) mit Meerblick im ersten Stock war einfach super, es war frisch renoviert.

Cons:

Da meine Frau leider gehbehindert ist konnte sie oben auf der Dachterrasse den Pool nicht nutzen. Es gab früher mal einen Sitzfahrstuhl für Behinderte Menschen ,leider wurde er abgebaut.
