Well positioned hotel near a lovely beach if you’re looking for a short stay near the airport.
Pros:

Very handy for the beautiful beach at Can Pastilla, and walkable to nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast had a good variety of options and nice quality of food. There was a small rooftop pool, and pleasant bar area with sun lounges overlooking the sea and a couple of cabana loungers which you could pay extra for. There were nice little extras like a quiet working area, tv lounge, drinks vending machines and baggage weighing scales. Our room had a sweet little balcony which looked into a side street but you could see the sea at the bottom of the road so was nice to sit out at night. You could see all the planes taking off from Palma airport.

Cons:

The main issue with the property was the room was very basic feeling. It is advertised as a 4 star hotel, and despite the bathroom being a good size, there was only 1 dispenser with hand gel at the sink. One dispenser with shower gel in the shower. There were no other products in the bathroom and I felt this really lacked and took away from a nice hotel experience. The shower was super powerful which was great. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom but it was hanging off the wall somewhat which looked quite unsafe near water above the sink!

Pros:

We absolutely loved everything. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and recently renovated. The location is excellent, with both the beach and public transport located very close by. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and fresh.

Cons:

It was quite hot in the corridors on the upper floors and inside the elevator, but the room itself was cool and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
​However, it would be helpful to add better signage or navigation on the floors to make finding the rooms easier. At first, it wasn't clear where to go, and we got a bit lost.
​Additionally, we were surprised by the beach towel exchange policy, which requires a €10 fee for laundry. In our opinion, this is a bit too expensive.

Cons:

Blood on my sheet to lie on.... I had a big spider under my bed ... I asked someone to come look but no 1 did so I slept in lobby ... staff was rude x ignorant to us wen we arrived at night .... and pool was shut too in August .... we booked this hotel to use pool and it was closed wen we went up ... we only had 2 days there ... and we thought we could use the other pool and chacuzie x spa but there was an extra charge .... I grt u have to pay for the massage but for wat we paid for spa hotel .... and no facilities to use was disgusting....
