Personale scortese e anche il titolare.
Dopo aver trovato blatte/scarafaggi in camera siamo scesi e ci hanno proposto altre 5 camere tutte con blatte o in bagno o sotto il letto. In una addirittura nel bagno c’erano escrementi di qualche animale
Un evidente problema di infestazione.
Una vergogna. Abbiamo chiesto all albergo, di fronte all’evidenza, di farci avere un rimborso ma ce lo hanno negato.
Siamo rimasti delusi anche da Booking, che l’unica cosa che è stata in grado di fare è stata darci un rimborso di 10 € sui 75€ spesi per l struttura che abbiamo ovviamente lasciato, per poi spendere altri 260€ nel primo albergo trovato libero alle 22:00.

We had an excellent stay for few weeks at Fersal Makati. Hotel is conveniently situated at the heart of Makati, Metro Manila. Century Mall is just across the street, where you have all the choices of good restaurants, groceries and Starbucks, On the streets, few steps away from the hotel on every direction, you will find more quality restaurants and fast foods like McDonalds and Jollibee to name a few. Yes,
7-Eleven is next door. Famous malls in 2-5 miles radius.
The Staff were superb. I meant everyone. They were very helpful, courteous, trustworthy and service was quick. Our room felt very homey. Very comfortable bed and pillows. WiFi and TV were great! Newly cooked breakfasts were delivered on time everyday. Good selections of foods like fried milkfish, sausage , tocino , beef tapa , sardines , served with garlic rice, egg and hot coffee. Ya could be better, but good enough to boost your energy and keep your day going.
Overall, Fersal is great. I’m looking forward of coming back and highly recommend to anyone.

Pros:

We have stayed here before and know what to expect. The hotel is exceptionally well located for us, all the places we visit are very close. The hotel is in need of some TLC and a general refresh, but the rooms are good, bathroom does all it should.

We were initially given an internal room with no window. The reception staff reassigned us a room with window overlooking the road. After a first night with sleep disturbed by traffic noise, we asked to move to a room at the back ( with window), the following 2 nights were quite tranquil. Thank you, staff, for accepting all our demands to change rooms

See above re traffic noise if you have a street-facing room, or a windowless room
