فندق فاخر بمظهره، لكن الخدمة والاحترافية والاحترام كانت دون المتوقع

موقع الفندق وجمال المبنى والفخامة الظاهرية

Cons:

للأسف مستوى الخدمة والتعامل لم يكن على مستوى فندق خمس نجوم. تم رفض إحضار الإفطار إلى الغرفة رغم أنه مشمول في الحجز، ولم يتم الرد على اتصالاتي للاستقبال صباحًا، واضطررت للنزول بنفسي. وعند إحضار الغداء كان أسلوب الموظف غير مهني وغير لائق، ولم يراعِ الخصوصية أثناء الوقوف أمام الباب. كما حصل موقف آخر من إحدى موظفات المطعم وقت العشاء زاد من شعورنا بعدم الارتياح والقلق أثناء الإقامة. كنت برفقة زوجتي، وكان الهدف من الإقامة الراحة والاسترخاء، لكن التجربة أثرت سلبًا على نفسيتنا

أقامة ممتازة، سيكون اختياري الأول في الزيارة القادمة لمدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
Pros:

الفندق روعة، وموظفيه قمت الذوق والإحترام.

Cons:

غياب بوفيه الأفطار الصباحي في المطعم الرئيسي، والذي يعتبر واحد من أهم الأسباب التي تشجعك على الحجز في الفندق دون غيره.

لم استمتع ابدا بهذا الحجز ولم يتحقق الهدف منه حيث كان صوت حراثة الزرع يعمل الساعه 6 صباحا تقريبا لساعات والصوت مزعج بالغرفة

Delivery apps are restricted from entering tge hotel and you have to get it by your own self from outside.

Bad start but exceptional come back.
Pros:

Staff accountable for errors made and ensured that went over and beyond to rectify as well as ensure our stay was exceptional.
Life guard from Kenya exceptional staff member as well as Mr Mohammed Ali in lounge area.

Cons:

Telephone communication non existent with calls not being answered, returned or being put on hold for 20 minutes then eventually giving up.
Some email addresses do not accept emails from outside email addresses/ outside the organization.
We were not collected at the airport and initially we were made out to be at fault.
Early check in, but room was not entirely ready needing to request towels and other amenities.
