أسوأ تجربة بكل المقاييس في اهم يوم بحياتي

تجربتي في فندق الريتز كارلتون كانت للأسف من أسوأ التجارب اللي مريت فيها في جميع الفنادق.

اللي زاد من حجم الإحباط إني اخترته تحديدًا ليوم زواجي، وكان عندي توقع عالي جدًا إنه يكون تجربة استثنائية تليق بهالمناسبة، لكن اللي حصل كان عكس ذلك تمامًا.

بكل صراحة، انصدمت من مستوى الخدمة مقارنة باسم وفخامة الفندق. التواصل مع الاستقبال كان صعب جدًا، أكثر من أربع محاولات اتصال بدون رد، واضطريت أنزل بنفسي عشان أطلب الخدمة.

تجربة الطعام كانت مخيبة للآمال أيضًا؛ طلبنا عشاء بسعر مرتفع جدًا، لكن الجودة والطعم أقل من عادي، لدرجة إننا ما قدرنا نكمل الأكل. والفطور كذلك كان عادي جدًا ولا يرقى للمستوى المتوقع.

حتى في خدمة المواقف (الفاليه)، كان في سوء تنظيم واضح. تواصلت مع الاستقبال عشان يجهزون السيارة، لكن لما نزلت اكتشفت إنه ما تم التنسيق، واضطريت أنتظر قرابة خمس دقائق لين وصلت السيارة.

وفوق كل هذا، تم فقدان مناشف خاصة بأهلي، وهذا زاد من سوء التجربة بشكل كبير.

للأسف، تجربة ما كنت أتوقعها أبدًا من فندق بهذا الاسم والمستوى
