We had an excellent stay at Marina Palace Hotel in Nessebar. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view.

The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options every day. The hotel's location is perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of the charming Old Town of Nessebar. The facilities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend Marina Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Nessebar.

The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, and are one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive package falls well below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this quality.

The food was the biggest disappointment. Although there was a reasonable selection, much of it was very bland and lacked flavour. The live cooking stations for omelettes and pasta were extremely slow, with no clear queuing or ordering system, resulting in long waits. Breakfast was also inconsistent, particularly with the freshly squeezed orange juice. Depending on which member of staff you asked, it was either available or you were told it had run out.

The all-inclusive drinks package was equally disappointing. The only beer included was Tuborg, which I found to be very gassy. The local spirits (gin, rum and vodka) were of poor quality, and the cocktails were let down by the use of diluted post-mix style fruit juices rather than proper fruit juice. Even using carton juice would have made a noticeable difference. Most of the drinks that were enjoyable or made with better-quality ingredients came with an additional charge, which defeated the purpose of paying for an all-inclusive package.

Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it—excellent location, beautiful rooms and high standards of cleanliness—but the all-inclusive food and drinks experience was a significant let-down. With improvements to the quality of the food, organisation of the live cooking stations, and a better standard of drinks included in the package, this could be an excellent hotel. As it stands, I would return to the hotel, but not on an all-inclusive basis.

Booked through hays travel tui I was officially told that i was getting a singleuse Deluxe sea view room , having seen the photos of this room and sea view by hays travel i couldn't resist it so paid for this holiday 7nights .
To my disappointment when arrived i was shown my lovely room as stated via
Travel agent hays travel to which she showed me photos online through tui advertised. To my shock the view was a block of. Apartments facing mine no privacy at all no sea view as I was told that i was getting a corner room face sea view and beaches . what i did get was a middle room facing other unknown Apartments and trees with a tiny gap of the water front and sand 😅 not funny at all for.what I paid and what I should of been given 🙃 I have complained to check in staff and she stated that I have a seaside view that what it stated on the booking .i complained to tui they replied that they always get these complaints and he told me that his boss would say look at the small print too which I didn't !!. he told me to write to tui and put a complaint in i might get a refund or vouchers even thou they are advertising misleading advertisements
They shouldn't be able to get away with it but they are and its also happening now to another couple as I have just met up with them so I need to warn people of what is happening regarding rooms with a so called singleuse Deluxe sea view. also I have been browsing through the websites of other travel companies
And marina palace doesn't have any so called singleuse Deluxe rooms on there sites
So I have come to a decision that tui has made it up to sell rooms !!

Great hotel, friendly staff, convenient location. Room - spacious, comfortable bed, TV connectable to phone, USB ports by the bed, tea, coffee in the room, first load in the mini fridge free, nice view. Amenities - pool smaller than we expected, but plenty of loungers, two bars, animation activities available, spa - had a great back massage, rooftop terrace quite windy - great on hot days, food - breakfast - English and continental, local salami and cheese, fresh veg and fruit, morning fizzy wine available, lunch and dinner - every day different style cuisine, good choice, I'm on a low fat diet and still could choose, delicious soups, superb desserts, free 6-course dinner (book ASAP). Small beach in front of the hotel, just a few flights of stairs, bigger beach with loungers 300 m. Old Nessebar with lots of restaurants within walking distance, bus stop in front of the hotel. International clientele - majority British. Overall, great choice.

Second time staying here because we enjoyed the hotel and location so much . Since our visit last year the rooms and sunbeds have had an upgrade making it even more comfortable and enjoyable. Especially the initial free mini bar . All the staff are friendly and the all inclusive offering is superb . The à la carte on the rooftop terrace ( free but pre book for every 5 night stay ) is amazing .
The only slight negative is the evening entertainment. Think the football affected our stay as was no karaoke as promised . The singers (Mon) were good but the entertainment is only offered 9-10 and a few nights if on at all was poor . However, the bars , room and location more than make up for this .

A very modern and clean hotel. Unfortunately we booked through Tui booking a Deluxe twin room with balcony. Yes it was deluxe and we did have a balcony however this faced the front of the hotel looking out on a car park and the street. The noise of the traffic was horrendous. We asked for a room change and was told by the young man on reception that the hotel was full and therefore no available rooms and also that we had NOT PAID FOR A VIEW. So if booking through Tui make sure it states with a sea view.
Overall facilities were very good. The pool freezing cold so few people in it however a short walk down a number of steps (need to be fit) did lead to a small cove excellent for swimming in the sea. Food was what is expected of a good quality AI hotel. A lot of focus on meat so If vegetarian choice not as good. Regardless of the issues we had a lovely relaxing holiday and would recommend this hotel and its location.

Fantastic location!! We booked this hotel just a few days before travelling. It turned out to be fantastic! Everyone seems to have heard of Sunny Beach, but this location is a hidden gem. The hotel had everything we needed. The room was huge. Lots of space to move around. The pool was great to laze around for the day, with plenty of shady areas if needed. The rooftop bar was lovely and had amazing views. Staff were excellent. The food was exactly what you would expect from a very good all inclusive. Lots of choice and variety. You certainly won’t go hungry! We chose to eat out a few times in the old town and we walked out EVERY night into the old town to have a drink and soak up the atmosphere. You really must do this is you are staying or you will miss out on the most charming and beautiful cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and people . It was a very safe and welcoming place and we truly loved it and would certainly return

Lovely small hotel, very clean and tidy.
A perfect night sleep (without any noise).
Our room was above the smoking area (neither of us smoke).
Due to the heat wave and being above the smoking area the air -conditioning was needed unfortunately, this was intermittent.
I had to mention this to the Reception Team several times. By the 3rd day I asked to speak to a Manager. The Manager kindly offered us another room (shame this wasn’t offered earlier). This room was much better with a beautiful view, no smoking and with air conditioning, I couldn’t fault this.
The evening entertainment (on stage) from Mon-Thurs wasn’t very good, the best night was Friday. Thankfully we had the animation team (M and V) they were fantastic, so welcoming, kind, polite, always smiling and very mature for their age.
They both worked so well together.
We joined in with so many activities; these ranged from darts, table tennis, pool, Uno and many more.
Thanks to them we got to meet other lovely couples/families too.
We all had a lovely time.
Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Great location

Fabulous adult only hotel in lovely Nessebar. Great location close to the beach, the new town and the gorgeous old town. Wonderful views from the rooftop sky bar and pool.

Buffet restaurant always had lots of choice with different theme nights. If you're staying more than 5 nights you can go to the rooftop for an à la carte meal one of the evenings which was well worth doing and absolutely beautiful.

Always lots of places to sit in the bars both in the sun and the shade, and always got a sun lounger whatever time we went down.

Room was spotless and had everything we needed including a lovely view from the balcony even though it was just a side view.

We aren't really bothered about entertainment in the hotel, during the day there were 2 young kids trying to get people to play darts etc, they were lovely and tried hard but don't think it's the right age range of customer. Evening entertainment was also just ok, the acrobats and singers were enjoyable but it doesn't last long. It didn't have a negative effect on our holiday at all but if the entertainment matters to you it might not be a great choice.

It's a perfect choice though if you want a brilliant location, fantastic views, good food and drink, friendly helpful staff and a lovely chilled break.

This hotel is in a great location - very peaceful and with a cute beach down the path at the bottom. Easy walking into Old Town and south Sunny Beach (not so peaceful! 😁) the shopping area is old fashioned but we liked that.
The reception staff had good English and were very pleasant - esp Manilo (spelling?)
The wait staff had two good managers but our plates were often removed before we’d finished 😆 the food itself was plentiful and varied - 3*~4* quality.

The building itself is a bit tired in places but very unusual overall with its tube lifts and rooftop pool (small and chilly)
Very special mention to the entertainment staff Vali & Mateos - they tried so hard to get guests involved with activities, we do not usually join in but they were so pleasant, happy and enthusiastic that we did! For such a young couple their attitude is amazing. A credit to the hotel doing a very difficult job!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The lobby and facilities were exceptionally clean, and we appreciated the coffee and water station. The lobby bar was also lovely, especially the comfortable outdoor seating area, though we did notice the draft beer tended to go flat quickly.

Our room was immaculate, spotless, and excellently equipped with amenities like phone chargers and a well-stocked fridge. We would like to give a special mention to our cleaner, Dinka, who did a fantastic job.

The food was another highlight. Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the themed buffet nights—particularly the American and Bulgarian nights—though the Asian night was less to our taste.

While the pool area was a bit small and the water was cold, we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the adults-only setting and the nice seating options. The proximity to the beach, just 100 yards away, was perfect for a warm swim.

Finally, the rooftop bar was fantastic. It was a wonderful place to spend our evenings, offering outstanding views of Old Nessebar and a great vantage point to watch the lightning over Sunny Beach.

Thank you for a first-class experience. With its great location for exploring both old and new Nessebar, wonderful staff, and excellent amenities, this was the perfect holiday for us. We look forward to returning next year.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is great, with easy access to the main attractions. The food exceeded our expectations, always varied and delicious. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the very first day. The surroundings are beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.
