Excellent hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is located 5 mins to S Bahn and 10 mins to tram stop. Very easy to reach and find. There are convenient supermarkets in 10 minutes walking.
The staff was very kind and helpful, agreed to change our room on check in.
The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Good WiFi, free minibar, well equipped bathroom, comfortable beds, air condition system.
Excellent value for money, because we booked it in advance. Definitely recommended.

Cons:

Everything was fine for a three nights stay.

Pros:

Location is good and they provide a few beverages in the fridge.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was clogged and even though we reported it on day 1 no one came to fix it. TV remote control not working well and didn't get new batteries. No room service.

Cons:

Zimmer teilweise schon abgewohnt. Wenn die Zimmerkarte nicht steckt, geht dauerhaft die Klimaanlage, was wir für unseren Hund nicht wollten. Haben dann freundlicherweise eine zweite Karte erhalten, damit wenn wir das Zimmer für längere Zeit verlassen, die Klima aus war. Dann geht aber dauerhaft die Lüftung im Bad. Bei uns war es leider so, dass dann diese Badlüftung den Geruch aus den Abwasserrohren an/abgezogen hat. Es roch so extrem, dass mein Mann die Lüftung an der Decke zugedreht hatte, der Gestank war dann weg. Als wir ausgecheckt haben, hat er sie dann wieder aufgedreht. Man zahlt für einen Parkplatz, der dann, wenn man das Hotel verlässt evtl. nicht mehr nutzen kann, weil alles voll oder belegt ist. Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher ging nur direkt vor den Gerät, leiser schalten ging gar nicht.

€6.500,00 stay without an invoice – excuses, misleading information, and poor service.
Pros:

Fast and well-organized elevators.
The only receptionist who genuinely seemed to care about the guest’s comfort and was extremely helpful — for which I am very grateful — was Henry. He was one step away from receiving a generous tip, but unfortunately the hotel’s policy did not allow it, which I will mention in the negative points section :)

Cons:

Despite repeated requests and even warnings, the hotel still refuses to issue a VAT invoice for my stay worth approximately €6.500,00.
I was misled by a receptionist who claimed that the piece of paper she handed me was a valid invoice and that I simply needed to fill in my company details with a pen myself xD
Since April 25th, I have been unable to obtain a proper invoice for my stay, and I intend to report this matter to the appropriate authorities. The hotel claims they are unable to issue invoices due to “system problems.” The same “system problem” has apparently been ongoing since April 15th — the day we arrived.
And this is exactly why Henry did not receive a tip. During check-out, he informed me that the system was still not working and that he could not issue my invoice, which, as I suspected from the very beginning, was simply not true.
The breakfasts were also disappointing — artificial scrambled eggs and, overall, very little that could actually be enjoyed.
