Pros:

Stay was so-so. Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived - sink was not cleaned and had hair/toothpaste stains, there was garbage in the garbage can. You could plug in either the tv or the fridge but not both! The reception was usually empty, and often the lights would be off and you would have to feel your way to the stairs. There was also no hot water the whole time. However the location is perfect, the bed was comfy, the service was fine, and there is an excellent restaurant attached (seriously, the restaurant is amazing). So the hotel is okay, but nothing great.

Unpleasant experience.
Pros:

The location is near to the Sapa Lake, the Sapa Stone Church and the Sapa Bus Station.

Cons:

1. My room was unprepared after I checked in. There are no complimentary drinking water, no bathroom mat, no soap, no shampoo.

2. No 24-hour front desk

3. The toilet bowl leaked.

4. Charging points do not make sense in the room.

5. Fridge is not functional.

6. There was no phone in the room which can be used to call the front desk.

7. Hotel manager was not around when I need help.

8. Balcony was dirty.

9. One of the toilet roll was used and not replaced with a new one.

10. The bathroom is dirty.

11. Water heater does not work.

12. TV did not work.

13. Poor hospitality service.

little gem hidden right in the center of Sapa
Pros:

comfortable bed, location, cheap price, their restaurant downstairs!

Cons:

the internet could be faster! we don’t know it’s the location of our room or it’s the max speed already of the internet in Sapa.

Pros:

Great central location up a stone staircase that gives it a uniquely secret and local feel, and all for a decent price. I had a room with a view on Fansipan (sadly also some noise from a nearby building site but not too bad). Big room and bathroom. Clean.

Cons:

Bit of noise from builders nearby. Guy in reception was friendly but his English was pretty limited so I ended up getting onward bus tickets somewhere else. Which is no problem at all in a place like Sapa.
