Nice and will be nicer when remodel is complete.
Pros:

I was there for a wedding, the location was great. I would have prefered a room on the other side of the highway as I am a light sleeper. Staff was kind. The restaurant next door was yummy. Unfortunately they are remodeling their own restaurant so I left and had breakfast elsewhere. I am sure as they continue to update it will become an even lovelier place.

Cons:

Street noise is easy to overcome if you ask for a room overlooking the pool.

The hotel met the safety needs for my family in Colima
Pros:

I did not have meals. The location is good. The front desk was very helpful. Not sure the age of the building, an interior and exterior painting refresh would make it more welcoming and the market window appealing. Parking garage was full with grupo carso company service cars. Room bedding sheets were outdated

No fué lo que esperaba, tenía otra idea antes de que cambiara de nombre el hotel.
Pros:

La amabilidad de las personas que trabajan en el hotel muy buena y cordial, es algo que siempre he encontrado en la gente de Colima. al final sí respondieron a mi reclamación y eso habla bien de la atención del personal.

Cons:

EL piso de la regadera muy sucio, el shampoo sin aroma, las almohadas ridiculamente pequeñas y deformes, la tv muy chica, sin aire acondicionado en las áreas comunes, los pasillos hacia las recámaras sucios, las puertas de casi todas las recámaras maltratadas y algunas con detalles de descarapeladas, el baño junto al loby (del área común) tiene un sensor de movimiento y se apaga al estar uno apenas sentado en el escusado y no hay manera de volver a encender la luz así que se queda uno a medias y en total oscuridad, elevadores sucios, el sillón de la recámara sucio y con manchas como de "actividad", ya no quisimos ni probar la comida así que de eso ya no puedo opinar. el hotel antes se llamaba: Wyndham Garden Colima y era uno de los mejores para llegar a Colima pero ahora, si preguntas por los mejores 8 hoteles de Colima ni siquiera mencionan al Gamma, creo que yo estaba esperando un hotel de más estrellas.

Estaba un poco confuso la entrada al estacionamiento, ya que al principio no nos abrían la pluma y no sabíamos si teníamos que hacer el check in primero, hasta que nos dejaron pasar
