A hotel worth every benefits 5 stars.
Pros:

It felt like a beautiful slice of luxury and I felt like a princess.

Cons:

The issue with shower means we would recommend the Sofitel down the road which we stayed at earlier

Modern and new

Cons:

Our shower did not work and this was not resolved in our two day stay. We advised the hotel on the first day but it was not resolved. We have left now and we will see if the manager emails us as promised

Halte agréable pour se reposer à Agadir
Pros:

Belle restoration d'un lieu sûrement ancien. Chambre confortable, bonne literie. Petit déj au top. Parking facile.

Cons:

Seul bémol, mais normal avec ce type d'établissement : nous étions sur le extrémité de l'hôtel, et donc beacoup de marche pour aller de la réception à la chambre. Ca manque un peu d'escaliers aussi. Mais rien de méchant, c'est un simple bémol.

Relaxed, behalve de organisatie van het ontbijt wat toch echt belangrijk is.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel , mooie tuin god verzorgd, mooie zwembaden.

Cons:

De organisatie van het ontbijt was een drama. Geen opgeruimde tafels, personeel slecht geïnstrueerd. Te weinig tafels gedekt waardoor gasten hulpeloos met bord in de hand naar een tafel zochten. Gewoon slecht geregeld.

Fantastisch en ontspannend verblijf
Pros:

De zeer mooie kamers, de rustige prachtige tuin met zwembad, de serene sfeer, het ongelofelijk uitgebreide ontbijt, het vriendelijk personeel

Pros:

Tout est parfait. Le personnel est exceptionnel

Cons:

Nous avons passé une nuit très compliqué avec de la musique à fond dans une chambre à côté de la nôtre qui nous a conduit à devoir aller à la réception à 2h du matin pour se plaindre. Un agent de sécurité est intervenu.
C’est dommage que nous n’ayons eu aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel pour ce désagrément.

Cons:

Service of rooms can be improved as well as breakfast buffet availability in full the hours being shared. Early morning till about 7:45-8am very sleepy, not the normal spread and one day the previous day's salmon.

الوصل للقمه سهل والمحافظة عليه صعب

الموقع

Cons:

- صوت الموسيقى كان مزعج داخل الغرف تواصلت مع علاقه الضيوف ولا كان دون جدوى.
- دورات المياه لم تكون بالنظافه الكافيه
- الخدمه في منطقه الفطور دون المستوى سيئة للغايه.
للامانه الفندق كان الخيار الاول بالنسبة لي في اكادير بس المره الأخيرة خاب ظني
