client pour la 2ème année consécutive n'est pas par hasard..

Cons:

1- Le déposit appliqué cette année, n'est apprécié je pense par la majorite des occupants, bien que les contraintes soient expliquées le moment du paiement.., il serait utile de le prévoir dans les sites de réservations pour éviter la surprise pour les nouveaux clients..

2- Si je ne me trompe pas, votre personnel notamment les vétérans, réservent un petit sourire et une attention de trop pour les non marocains, (j'aimerai bien être à côté de cette perception..)

Hotel bardzo dobry, obsługa bez zarzutu, pokój bardzo wygodny

Codziennie późnym popołudniem w hotelowych restauracjach zaczyna się głośna muzyka, także na żywo. Kakofonia nakładających się dźwięków dwu lub trzech wykonawców obrzydza przebywanie na przytulnym balkonie, a w nocy przeszkadza w pokoju nawet przy zamkniętym balkonie (grają do północy).
Jak ktoś lubi poimprezować i wraca późno w nocy to polecam hotel ale jak chcesz odpocząć i odprężyć się a w nocy wyspać to tylko w pokoju, zamknięty balkon plus zatyczki w uszach. A prosiłem tylko o cichy pokój…

Pas de vue sur mer

Ne tombez pas dans le panneau “Vue sur Océan”. Nous avons payé un gros supplément pour la catégorie de chambre “Exécutive avec vue sur l’océan” mais on nous a donné une chambre sans aucune vue sur la mer. Lorsque j’ai envoyé un message a l’hôtel je n’ai pas eu de réponse.

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhed og er uden tvivl et af de bedste 5-stjernede hoteller i Agadir. Vi nød især den behagelige atmosfære som generelt kendetegner hotellet. Personalet var gennemgående meget venlige, hjælpsomme og opmærksomme, hvilket bidrog positivt til opholdet, dog med enkelte undtagelser, som vi beskriver længere nede i anmeldelsen.

Cons:

Vores oplevelse var desværre ikke helt på niveau med hotellets øvrige standard. På fladskærmen i værelset stod stadig navnet på den tidligere gæst, hvilket virker uprofessionelt og giver et mindre godt førstehåndsindtryk. Hotellet fremstår desuden en smule nedslidt flere steder, hvilket trækker ned i den samlede oplevelse.
Morgenmaden var generelt præget af meget travlhed, og servicen kunne ikke helt følge med. Ved flere lejligheder måtte vi stå med vores mad i hænderne i længere tid og vente på, at borde blev ryddet og gjort klar. Det gav en unødvendigt stressende start på dagen og passede ikke til det serviceniveau, man forventer af et hotel i denne klasse.
Vi havde også fået bilen rengjort under opholdet, men den var igen beskidt ved afhentning. Et hotel i denne prisklasse bør sikre, at bilen afleveres i samme eller bedre stand end ved modtagelsen, eller som minimum tilbyde dette efter gæstens ønske. Det er små detaljer hver for sig, men samlet set påvirker de helhedsindtrykket og trækker den samlede vurdering ned.

La camera ‘side view’ da cui si intravede il mare a malapena, la spa e la piscina interna accessibili solo a pagamento, l’enorme schermo protettivo della privacy al ristorante sulla spiaggia ma che blocca totalmente la vista sul mare
