غادرنا الفندق مبكرًا بسبب فقدان الشعور بالأمان وسوء التعامل مع شكوى سرقة من الغرفة

للأسف كانت هذه أسوأ تجربة مررت بها في فندق بهذا المستوى.

خلال إقامتي لاحظت دخول الغرفة أثناء غيابي رغم أننا نحرص دائمًا على وضع علامة "عدم الإزعاج" عند مغادرة الغرفة. عند عودتنا وجدنا بعض الأغراض قد تم تغيير أماكنها، وتم تنظيف أشياء داخل الغرفة لم نطلب تنظيفها، كما لاحظنا اختفاء عطر Parfums de Marly من الغرفة.

قمنا بإبلاغ الاستقبال فورًا، وتم إخبارنا بأنه سيتم مراجعة كاميرات المراقبة، إلا أننا لم نتلقَّ أي تحديث أو نتيجة حتى الآن. كما تواصلنا مع المدير السيد أمين الذي وعد بالحضور خلال 30 دقيقة لمتابعة الموضوع شخصيًا، لكنه لم يحضر ولم يتم التواصل معنا بعد ذلك.

الأمر الأكثر إزعاجًا لم يكن فقط فقدان الغرض، بل طريقة التعامل مع البلاغ، وضعف التعاون من موظفي الاستقبال، وعدم وجود أي متابعة جادة من إدارة الفندق.

وبسبب هذه الحادثة وما تبعها من غياب المتابعة وعدم شعورنا بالأمان داخل الفندق، اضطررنا إلى مغادرة الفندق قبل انتهاء إقامتنا والانتقال إلى فندق آخر. عندما يصل النزيل إلى مرحلة يفضّل فيها مغادرة الفندق بسبب فقدانه الشعور بالأمان، فهذه مشكلة لا يمكن تجاهلها.

الفندق جميل من ناحية الموقع والمرافق، لكن الأمان وطريقة التعامل مع شكاوى النزلاء أهم من أي شيء آخر، وللأسف كانت تجربتنا مخيبة للآمال ل

Pasamos unos días muy relajantes . Las instalaciones nos encantaron , especialmente el gimnasio. El personal fue muy amable y súper profesional. El desayuno muy completo con opciones saludables. Super recomendable .volveremos seguro .

Pros:

Beautiful, clean and comfortable, didn’t like Agadir the last time I came but this time was amazing definitely because of the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast could do with having a little more choices, poor labelling of food, didn’t know what was what, most things labelled in French, could also do labelling in English, so didn’t go back for breakfast after day 1

Le fait que sur booking la caution soit affichée à 2000MAD et qu’à l’arrivée on nous en demande 9000… et qu’en plus les personnels se contredisent une fois c’est juste la caution, une fois c’est pour pouvoir profiter de tout sans payer sur le tas.. valait mieux être clair dès le départ sur booking

Pros:

Troisième fois dans cet hôtel et toujours un réel plaisir, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la piscine et le personnel qualifié et toujours très agréable.
Hâte de revenir

Cons:

Seul regret pour la vue de la chambre qui donnait en partie sur la piscine et sur le chantier voisin en gros travaux , j aurais aimé une vue plus sympa d autant que l hôtel n était pas plein sur la période.
Je serai peut être plus chanceuse la prochaine fois.
