Habitué des lieux , cet établissement offre tout ce dont on peux espérer d’un hôtel 5 étoiles

Cons:

Lors d’un week-end de grande affluence, le service au petit déjeuner a tourné au ralenti (25 minutes d’attente pour au final se retrouver avec une théière offrant 1/2 verre chacun). Étant mécontent du service, le chef de rang a été averti et il nous a fait oublier cet incident pendant tout le reste du séjour

Tolle Zeit in Agadir mit fantastischem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand, dass Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer und Anlage waren sehr sauber. Darüber hinaus ist die Poollandschaft der Wahnsinn. Das Frühstück war phänomenal gut.

Pros:

The service from the beginning was excellent. We got welcomed on arrival and given a tour of the hotel as we arrived earlier than check in time. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful and professional. Shout out to Miriam, the chambermaid, who was accommodating and friendly and did a good job with our room.
The hotel itself is stunning especially the pool area and the landscaping. But also the lobby, spa and restaurants are all beautiful.
Our room was lovely and we were given a free upgrade to a pool view. The room is large, beautifully decorated and furnished.
The food in the Moroccan restaurant is beautiful and the head waiter was excellent, helping with our issues with food allergy. Also a lovely touch to have the musicians playing Moroccan music. The food at the pool bar is also excellent. The food ar breakfast was very good, with a decent variety to choose from.
The location is wonderful.

Cons:

At breakfast the items should be labelled properly. Some things were labeled, some things were labeled but inaccurately, lots of things were not labeled at all.
It would enhance the hotel even further if they had some sort of entertainment for guests, outside of the restaurants.

Poca professionalità del personale sopratutto nelle camere. Non hanno cambiato le lenzuola per tutto il mio soggiorno e poi non puliscono. Non sanno cosa sia un aspirapolvere.

Hôtel propre et bien équipé.
Belle piscine mais qui n’est malheuresement pas chauffé au mois de Mai (résultat personne ne se baigne malgré de bonne température extérieur)
Tres bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les prix que pratiquent l’hôtel et les restaurants sont un peu cher pour la qualité.
Restau italiens rien à dire
Le restau mima kitchen n’était malheureusement pas frais. Un peu déçu mais bon nous étions les seuls clients du restaurant ce soir là

Luxury, Comfort, and Impeccable Service
Pros:

Everything was fantastic from beginning to end.
Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were even able to access our room earlier than expected. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a wonderful and unexpected touch.
The location is very convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the hotel’s own dining options if you prefer to stay on-site. The private beach, just across the promenade, is a real highlight.
The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds. Despite the hotel being fully booked, it felt calm and uncrowded, almost as if we had the place to ourselves.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality local and international options.
Last but not least, the staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which truly enhanced the overall experience.

Hotel is lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful which we enjoyed, pool area was fabulous and well attended by staff. Hotel food a bit on the pricey side but good food available outside the hotel in locla restaurants

Les chambres (deco pas à l’image de l’hôtel) , ascenseur très éloignés , manque de propreté des chambres ( toilettes(sol),aspirateur non passé sur le tapis , terrasse sale ( banquette pas nettoyée)

Pros:

By no means a 5 star hotel. Bedrooms 3 star at best. Breakfast very good. Over priced for what you get. Pool area lovely. Biggest disappointment without doubt are the bedrooms and lack of communication between staff.

Pros:

De inrichting en sfeer van het hotel, het vriendelijke en servicegerichte personeel, de ligging van het hotel, de hammam, de kwaliteit van het eten.

De enige tip die ik kan geven, is om de livemuziek in de restaurants iets zachter te zetten 😉
