The location and the staff are excellent. Though I felt the rooms needs some modifications as they are old style with bulky beds. But still good enough.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Be it for breakfast with limited variety but still decent enough.

Fantastic staff, great location and very comfortable room.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly and courteous speaking very good English. I cannot praise the staff enough. The hotel is in a great location close to all Hanoi has to offer. The room was comfortable and clean. There was lots of breakfast with a good selection of cooked options. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff at the royal holiday Hanoi hotel are so kind and go out of their way to ensure an amazing stay! It is the perfect location and rooms are clean, air conditioned and have everything you need! Breakfast was also delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Holiday Hanoi Hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Hanoi.

Pros:

Понравилось все. Я уже 2 раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Расположение просто изумительное , 2 минуты и ты уже у озера возвращенного меча. Хорошие номера, хорошее питание. Рядом много ресторанов и всей необходимой атрибутики для туриста.

Относительно тихо, отличная локация
Pros:

Это правда что отель уже немного изношенный и комнаты маленькие, но нам все понравилось. Отель находится в относительно тихом переулке и буквально через дорогу от озера. В комнате было достаточно тихо для Ханоя. Персонал бы очень вежливый и во всём старался помочь. Удобно что до всего можно было дойти пешком.

Cons:

Есть лёгкая изношенность, и звуки с улицы все равно доносятся.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel staff are the friendliest staff we have come across. They genuinely care about the guest to ensure they have a pleasant stay at their hotel and Hanoi. The location is perfectly situated in the old town and super close to the lake. We had two rooms and the hotel staff ensured we were on the same floor. The breakfast is made to order, with plenty to choose from. Wifi worked perfectly. Air conditioning worked great.
