Lovely location - good value for money. Wish it was a bit more sound proof.
Pros:

The location was incredible - staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed in the room closest to the stairs on the second floor and the door/walls were very thin which meant we could hear a lot (breakfast/cutlery being prepared at 5am and people checking out). Got woken up at 5am for 2 out the 3 mornings we were there.

Convenient, comfortable friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were exceptional. They helped us on so many levels - recommending quality local suppliers, tours, stores and restaurants, organising transport, phoning our accommodation at our next destination to check on something for us, walked us to a good location to get a cab. They were friendly, spoke good English and were good humoured.
The hotel is really well situated for accessing the old quarter and the lake. We loved our stay here.

Pros:

Super nice , helpful staff! Really above and beyond . Nice breakfast. Ginormous bed! Slept great. Excellent location .

Cons:

It’s just a little old and style wise outdated and not a high end hotel but if you want genuinely helpful, comfortable and clean this place is an excellent value and I would definitely stay here again.

Emplacement idéal, personnel professionnel et adorable
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour tout près du lac de l'épée, mais dans une rue relativement calme. Le personnel est présent, attentif et au petits soins pour ses clients. L'accueil était professionnel et agréable.
Beaucoup de petites attentions qui montrent qu'ils sont à l'écoute.
Si nous revenons à Hanoi, c'est cet hôtel que nous choisirons sans hésiter

Hôtel très bien situé.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Tout proche du lac. Chambre propre, peu d’espace et un style particulier mais fidèle aux photos. Le personnel est disponible et bienveillant.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Direkt am See gelegen. Es war nachts sehr ruhig, um gut zu schlafen. Es ist kein großes Hotel, deshalb kein Gewusel beim Frühstück. Jederzeit wieder.
