Amazing
Pros:

Very central, has everything you need. The staff are what make this property, they are incredible especially the door and serving staff. They are always there to help and nothing is too much- credit to the staff they deserve 10 stars.

Fantastic location, prompt laundry return for short stayers. Quiet but accessible to everything

Cons:

No instructions how to use shower. While trying to navigate what knobs do, temperature vs above head shower rose vs flexible, my husband was scalded with hot water. He’s a great problem solver, imagine if it was a child

Pros:

旧市街にあり、近くにホエンキアム湖やお店がいっぱいです。バインミーの美味しい店やピザ店マッサージ店徒歩圏内です。夜遅くなっても大丈夫です。

Cons:

旧市街ゆえに大きなバスは入ってこられないので、ツアーのピックアップは少し歩かないとならない。
また、うなぎの寝床のように奥に長い建物なので、ほぼ窓ナシの部屋だった。

Pros:

Convenient lane and location yet very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. You have Currency exchange, sim, massage, eateries next to the hotel. I booked the family room which had a balcony so lot of ventilation. Room was very clean.

Recommended at affordable price
Pros:

The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, and the location was excellent for exploring Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer because the hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have a room available for me.

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Très bon emplacement à côté du lac Hoan Kiem. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Tout était parfait. A noter qu’il est préférable de prendre un grande chambre familiale car les autres chambres sont un peu petites.

The rooms are a good size. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are well designed. The breakfast are delicious. The staff are adorable, very helpful and reactive.

Well located 'boutique' style small hotel, with exceptional service
Pros:

Ideally located a block from the main lake. Bustling small street, but not noisy. Tiny hotel (5th floor only 2 rooms). Wonderful, friendly staff and good breakfast

Cons:

Room decor slightly faded.

Pros:

Çalışanlarım hepsi çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle kahvaltıdaki servis yapan arkadaş çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısıda oldukça doyurucu ve tekrar isteyebiliyordunuz. Konumu mükemmeldi önemli noktalara birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesindedir.

Cons:

Ama en önemli sorun temizlikti. Çok kötüydü. Oda perde yatak banyo tuvalet dolap hepsi çok pisti. Ama çalışanlar harikaydı.
