Un hôtel très bien localisé
Pros:

La décoration de la chambre est un peu désuète. Les lits sont très très fermes.
Le déjeuner n’est pas très varié et les boissons ne sont pas bonnes : lait concentré, jus d’orange en poudre...
Lors de notre départ, il n’a pas été possible de prendre le petit-dejeuner car nous partions tôt et même en prévenant ce n’etait pas possible d’avancer l’heure alors que cela est indiqué dans le règlement.
Cependant, l’hôtel est très bien placé pour se restaurer et visiter Hanoï.

Pros:

We wanted to extend for 4 more days, lady working said we would pay what we initially paid for each night we were there. At the end of my stay she tried to charge us double each day, ended up arguing with the manager over the phone to get the right price. Manager was also a scam, and tried to get more money out of me. The drinks in the fridge said complimentary, but ended up paying for all of them. However other than that awful experience, the hotel is pretty clean and breakfast was okay as well. The workers there were also very nice. Without that experience, overall the hotel was good.
